Cloudbet Complaint – Withdrawal Triggered KYC, Funds Missing
I registered at Cloudbet, deposited USDC, placed bets, and won. When I requested a withdrawal, I was asked to confirm it via email, which I did. The confirmation email instructed that the payout would be sent to my USDC wallet address.
After confirming the withdrawal, Cloudbet required KYC verification. I submitted the requested documents, and my verification status was set to “Under review.”
Later, Cloudbet informed me that players from my region are not accepted and that my account would be closed. After this, support stated that there were no funds left in my active balance.
This is incorrect. Before the account was blocked, my balance was over 2192.75 USDC. I did not place any further bets, or receive any payout after submitting the withdrawal request. No transaction history or blockchain proof has been provided to explain where the funds went.
Cloudbet allowed registration, deposit, betting, and winnings, and enforced regional restrictions only after a withdrawal was requested. Account closure does not justify removing a player’s balance.
Desired resolution: Payment of my remaining balance to my USDC wallet and a full transaction history.
