This is one thing about this exchanges especially those exchange that keeps saying of none kyc. They will indirectly allows you to make deposit on their site and whenever you have traded or exchange the said coin to a preferred coin and wanting to make withdrawal that is when they will start frustrating their users digging out policies that I know weren't necessary. They would use that to back themselves up against allowing people to make withdrawal from their site, now the good thing is that the victim has admitted that he didn't read their ToS and he agreed with it but at the first why they claimed to be a none kyc exchange?
