Someone advertising for Betpanda can't be taken seriously in any kind of scam accusations threads.

I thought maybe you were going to explain how the cases were different and that's why you chose to pay out one value bettor but not the other. But the fact that you've chosen to ignore the discussion at hand to make the above statement is quite telling and now I'm thinking no one should have too much confidence about the future of your business.

I'm in direct contact with the player in PM and solving the case.

Just curious, why? and no offense, I just hope you realise that what you just said can be easily used against you.

anyway, why not explain why the other complainant that supposedly have the same "value betting" issue got their money from the casino and this one didn't.

Betpanda is not known to be the most trustworthy and reputable brand.

As mentioned, the case with the player is currently getting resolved.

The fact that this was written back in August and still hasn't been resolved. Reached out to Bennett via email once again. He's been radio silent.

hes gonna be radio silent look @ my post lmao. they cant even pay $5k legitimate winnings. because of grudge of me exposing how they scammed my affiliates $50k+ in bonuses. wanted to be a player even after i posted, the issue was just brought forward here because it was being ignored, didnt expect it to freeze my $5k in winnings which i won from $1.8k (no bonuses, they dont have rights to do this shit.)

Seems like Winna doesn’t want to pay out my funds. Still no response from ANYBODY on the Winna casino team. If anybody new is joining and interested in this casino just be aware that you can win fairly and have your funds confiscated, treated poorly and left without any customer support. They will just collect your deposit and won’t say anything until you win a good amount of money then they will block your withdrawals and lie to say you’re not entitled to those funds you won fairly.

Worst casino I’ve ever dealt with.

I am not sure if I mixed the order of the communication up or I arrange them correctly, but after reviewing the whole thread and their images, I think the agreement was that you complete their KYC and [after removal of bad reviews, of which I think weren't belong to you, so I don't think that's achievable, though they'll surely will reconsider the term following this fact] they'll then refund you with the agreed amount.




The written contract wasn't completed from your side. I can't support the flag, as the binding contract was: you perform KYC, remove reviews, they refund agreed amount. In that order. If after you perform KYC they're still refuse to refund, then I have the reason to support the flag.

These value betting cases are out of control. I've never heard of a book confiscating for value betting until this year. We need to pressure the books using this predatory practice. We are in a lose/lose situation. They will take your money if you lose and will not pay if you win. They may also take your deposit.

And as in-site automatic KYC is not an option, is there other documents that you require for manual KYC, that the OP need to send to you? If there is, kindy inform, so that OP can fulfill his end of the agreement and Winna can proceed with the counterpart of the written agreement you both entered.

Just checked my email and still no response from Bennett or anyone on the Winna team.

Noted, let me try to get to winna, first by nudging Bennett. Hopefully he didn't block me right away, LOL. Then I'll try to exhaust other means possible.

Edit: a nudge is sent. Hopefully he won't leave that unread. I'll give some time before trying another path to reach Winna.

We've never completed anything. I only recently sent the KYC documents as it shows in the email. I can provide a whole video recording of my crypto wallet and emails if Bennett wants to lie about completing this agreement.

I see. Let's wait and see whether or not Bennett nudge me back and give us perspective from Winna's side regarding the matter. Maybe there is a miscommunication between KYC department, finance, and marketing. Hopefully he'll reach me back come workdays.
