Hello everyone,

I am currently taking legal action against Stake.com, one of the largest crypto gambling platforms, over a significant dispute involving my account and losses which my legal team believes were the result of unfair practices.

After a thorough investigation, my solicitor has advised that I have a strong claim exceeding $3,000,000. Stake.com has already offered a settlement of $430,000, which indicates the seriousness of the case — but we believe the full value of the claim is justifiable and winnable in court.

Unfortunately, legal battles like this are costly, especially when fighting against a corporation with deep resources. I am seeking to raise the equivalent of 1 BTC to cover upcoming legal fees and associated costs as we move into the next phase of this case.

What I’m Offering in Return:

To show my appreciation and good faith, I am offering the following to any backer(s):
   •   If the funds help bring the case to a successful early resolution or I receive a court award, I will return double the contribution (2 BTC total) within 6 months.
   •   Alternatively, I’m willing to offer a share of the final settlement or judgment if we proceed all the way through court and win.

Happy to share more details if the right person comes along and is willing to help. Proof of funds must be shown and in return I will share further details and proof of claim/settlement.

To start, just because your legal team said that you can win more by going into court, that doesn't mean that you will 100%. Even if your chances are high, you will need more than enough time to come to a court decision. However, the most important thing that you have to post and offer is missing from the start. The collateral. What do you offer to secure the lender? As of now, simple nothing. And without valid collateral, the only thing that you can get here are negs, nothing more - nothing less.
Btw, do you have a legal team, but you don't have the money to pay them? And if they are so certain that you will win in a court battle, why do you have to pay them now? They can be paid after the whole procedure ends.

Why not provide public proof? Otherwise this is just a wall of text which could possibly be a complete fabrication and scam attempt
from a brand new newbie account. Also, as the poster before me said, you would still be required to provide collateral.

What happens if you lose? Can you still pay back the loan? Any proofs of that?

Seems like a risky loan, to be honest. Why not simply settle for the half mill? Are you that sure that you can win and get $3 million from them?

I think we would love to hear the background behind this and judge your chances for ourselves.

do have a legal team involved, and I’m happy to share more details privately with anyone who’s seriously interested. Due to the sensitivity of the case, I’m not comfortable disclosing everything in a public thread. That said, the information I can provide privately will offer much more clarity and give any potential lender greater confidence. I’m fully aware of the importance of collateral and structure — those things can absolutely be discussed in the right setting.

Lawyers who are so confident that they'll win will work under the assumption that they'll take 40% of whatever the court awards the plaintiff.  If they're charging you over $100k up front, they're missing out on potentially making ten times that much, and you need a new legal team.  Assuming any of this is true.  My bet is that you're just a scammer hoping some fool will actually give you something.

So, my question is: what if your "if" goes in the opposite direction?
What if you lose the case, you don't get any money, how do you plan to compensate the 'borrowed' money here?
You want to get into a game you don't have the money for. If they really offered you $430k, why are you greedy and asking for more?

The answer to this question is very simple.

Assuming if the story is real, this user has gambled 100k's and lost all of his money. Why? Because he is greedy, and greedy people gamble.

Now to answer your question simply, if you are a gambler and someone offered you either $430k guaranteed or $3M but you have a 50/50 chance of getting it. They will take the risk on the $3M every time.

Gamblers are going to gamble.

Now, lets say the user did win the $3M, he still owes his lender 2BTC currently worth roughly $230k. Oh but that's a lot of money, I'll just bet 230k and 2x it, then pay him back? But hmm, I'm currently banned from stake (the least rigged online casino), so I'll just go an another site, maybe shuffle perhaps... Oh shit I lost, damn, ig I'll martingale it, 460k bet. Fuck, I lost again nooooo what do i do???!?!?! Fuck it 960k bet, one hand I'll get it all back.  . . . omg. what the fuck do i do???. Ok hm, I just lost 1.6m, I only have 1.4 left, this is bad, I only have one chance, it's going all on black...

And as you see, now the user has lost all of his money. All online casinos are rigged.

This sounds like a great deal to make with your legal team. It gives them the chance to show they believe their own words.
