I placed a parlayon Roobet. Total long shot, huge odds and it hit. The payout was over $3 million.

I placed the bet 1 hour and 11 minutes before the start time. After the bet was graded as a win and paid out,I submitted a withdrawal request and Roobet suddenly reversed it and claimed it was a “late bet.”

Here’s what makes this a clear scam:
   •   I have proof: timestamped bet slip, official league start times, match video, and screenshots from other sportsbooks — all confirming the bet was placed well in advance.
   •   Roobet has provided zero evidence to back their claim. No logs, no timestamps, no reasoning — just a vague excuse.
   •   When I challenged it, they gave me the runaround. Then their moderator deleted my post on Reddit and shut down the discussion completely.

This isn’t a gray-area technical issue. It’s a blatant move to avoid paying out a big win — and they’re using censorship and silence to cover it up.

If they can do this to one person, they can do it to anyone.

This should matter to anyone in crypto. Roobet operates under a shady Curacao license and has no real accountability. They market themselves as “provably fair,” but when the numbers get big, they just rewrite the outcome.

I’m sharing this here because public pressure is the only option. If you value transparency and trust in crypto gambling, this kind of behavior should not slide.

First of all, you didn't supply any evidence to back your words. Anybody can say what you just did, but without proof to back it up, it means nothing.

Second of all, if you can't take the time to write up your own complaint, why should we take the time to take you seriously? This is peak laziness.

It’s one parlay with 15 different individuals matches. Couldn’t fit them all in one screenshot but the point is they were all from the same tournament and started at the same time. Also they didn’t let me put much on it, the odds were very high on a lot of them. Multiple +700’s and a few +200 and +300. It was a total punt.

Looks like 10 am was the "generic time" for the tournament and all the matches you placed bets on were over by 8:50 am.

Were the other 11 matches you picked for the parlay also in the first round of this particular Pickleball tournament?

The nice thing for the OP is that this may be another case where some bets are good. All bets started after 10 are good even if they throw the others out.

That's what I was thinking. It's not that hard to win such a parley when you know all or at least several of the results beforehand.
I mean he also never showed how much money he actually bet on it. To reach 3 million in payout, even with 15 legs you have to bet some money to reach this number (considering you also have some smaller odds on favorites in this parley).

Anyway, sometimes silence speaks more than a million words, right.

According to the screenshot, they(Roobet) acknowledged that the incorrect start times issue was due to a technical error and that's why the bets were cancelled. They promised to work on it to prevent a future occurrence.

I had hard time looking up about the information about the match results as most Livescore websites did list anything to do with Pickleball tournaments

I was also checking it on the "Pickleball tournaments" website. And I just noticed that all the matches of round 64 were played in different courts. All of them had a generic start time of 8:00 AM EDT. Then the round of 32 matches happened in the same court, where the generic start time was 8:50 AM EDT. Finally, the round of 16 matches started around 10 AM EDT. Without any doubt, OP's bets were on the round of 64 matches.

Stop acting like a silly person. It is clear to all of us that the round of 64 matches had started before you placed the bets. Why aren't you providing screenshot of your full bet slip. It only shows 4 bets, all of those were round of 64 matches.
