While working on removing country of residence restriction, i will wait until the update is completed before checking out the platform. I see the support here, listening to users and making further update, starting this way certainly tells you mean business.

Excluding country restriction should also go with removing CURRENCY - USD during registration.

I just created an account and saw you have a no-deposit bonus but couldn’t figure out how to claim it, but after reading your posts, I knew that you disabled it because it had been abused. I understand why you had to make that decision, but you need to remove it from your promotions list to avoid any confusion.

The casino looks good overall. Just one thing I didn’t quite like, which is your payment processor. In order to make a deposit, you need to enter the exact amount you are going to deposit in USD. Why do I have to do that?
Then, you need to make the payment within 30 minutes, otherwise, the payment request will expire!
The worst part is the fees they charge on deposits. For example, if you try to deposit 100 USDT (TRC20), the fee will be $8!

You may need to think of partnering with a better payment processor than this one.

I would love to sign up on to your platform, but I am still unsure whether my jurisdiction is restricted or not. I read the TOS, but I see not list of restricted countries, yet you say that there is an available list.
Can you please guide me/us on this.

As they are not requiring KYC yet from their players, this new casino may attract gamblers who don't like to submit their KYC. However, as they acquire their gambling license, they may change their AML/KYC protocols. Also, hard to implement KYC if you don't have yet license to operate, thus, it is understandable that they should not require KYC yet.
It is understandable that they have swift process of deposit and withdrawal as they are in the early stage of introducing their site. Once there are large winnings, that's when you will see if the site will still honor their mantra of fast withdrawal. But for a new casino, they should not give problem to their patrons especially with the withdrawal option.
