Well I am actually a really nice person because my mom told me .. all soft n mellow in the inside in fact and felt bad after typing my last insult considering you are not a bad person behind all your leftie shennagins. I give blood regularly, volunteer, give % of my earnings to homless shelter and animal shelter, rescue animals, train people free of charge a do any number of anonomous favours for people who are in difficulty and hate nobody on account of skin color or lifestyle preferences so if thats far right let it be so and proud of it but it ain't because its true libertarian while liberals ain't libertarians. Anyway I couldn't give a rainbows rats ass.

Anyway getting back on point. Nobody knows the full facts of how that lady came to end up no longer breathing and people here are speculating with unqualified opinions. She was shot AFTER she floored it in an attempt to ram the ICE officer, I highly doubt you even watched the video because if you did, you would've seen how her tires were slipping due to the ice, that's when the officer shot her. If it wasn't for the slippery road, that car would've collided with the officer head on, killing him.

I posted one of them, have seen multiple angles of different footage including :
The posted cell phone footage of the "professional" federal agent. *which is more damning on multiple levels.

This ramping up of militarized presence on our streets is only further revealing what concentrated power always does to people when unchecked.

The authors who wrote about dystopian futures (like Orwell's 1984) were observing and communicating lessons. Our founders knew what tyranny looked like, some of them doubted that everyday people would be able to hold that power in check. I suppose we are learning right now who was right about that.

*Also I'll clarify a couple of my political opinions that have changed drastically over the last 10 years
I thought Bernie Sanders and AOC were too left leaning, too radical and didn't support them (even though Bernie was also an independent)
I was deeply wrong regarding them both.

My right leaning views against regulation and for small government were fictions that I formally bought hook line and sinker.
2008 started my "awakening" and it has taken me until now to even begin to get it ---I'm a slow learner.
This is one of the reasons I had high hopes for decentralized currencies. Power into the hands of the people.

For any parent or older sibling, ICE kidnapping 2- 5 year old kids should be freaking horrifying, as they are able to actually empathize. They know how much these kids need safety and their parents. It's terrifying.
It should be no matter anyone's political viewpoint.

And back to Pretti: Noem stated that Alex Pretti "violently approached ICE agents with a 9mm handgun".
I am uncertain how could she think she can get away with that, as there are now several video feeds of the murder, including from inside the car and everyone can see she is lying.

There are going to be some interesting trials against this temu-gestapo in the future, that hopefully bring some justice.
