this is total trash.  do you know that the vip bonus is money saved for u as you wager?
if 1000 dollars is to be saved when you read next 100% level and you are at 30%, dosnt your brain tell you that they have 300$ of you money?

I wasn't aware that Primedice was ceasing operations either just like many others, but it makes complete sense considering how it was overshadowed by Stake.

no one is asking them for their money. if you have been reading post from many people here, u will have discovered that the money we are asking for is money deducted from our balances as we wager. as we wager, a little amount is saved towards a vip bonus. sometimes you need to be quiet if you know nothing about what you are typing

Paid for what exactly? He still has 90% left to finish the requirements for the next level.

Paying "players partial level up" sounds a bit silly... When a casino is closing its doors, it's inconvenient for all players, especially higher VIP players, but it is what it is... All the bonuses/promotions/free drops simply stop. You got what you got until that point, and it's time to move on...

Maybe it's just me, but I wouldn't complain for 10% of some bonus... that sounds funny. Making drama for a couple of bucks...

This players want some juice as much as possible from a closing casino without thinking the essence of the “level up” bonus.

User want to take advantage of the casino closure to get some compensation for their account previous wager. I will understand if the remaining xp needed is just so small while PD doesn’t gave them time to complete it before the closure.

Well, I don't visit primedice that often I had no prior notice of this closure, and it's kinda surprising though since I wouldn't have found this out if I hadn't come here..

If I understand correctly, primedice was the  first casino before stake came onboard, and today, Stake has become way way bigger than primedice and I want to believe that the team must have come up with this idea to close down primedice to focus completely on stake..

Anyways, the above is just me thinking out loud, now speaking of the level up bonus, I honestly don't know what to say, but one thing sure is, if this is not something that is contained in the casinos terms and conditions, then I think it's absolutely not an obligation the casino owe the players, gambling naturally is risky and all gamblers ought to always remember that they can lose all their money and never get any of it back, no one should feel obligated or owed when and if they completely understood the risk and agreed to the casinos terms and conditions during sign up, the casino so only obligated to settle all winning bets, and allowed all users withdraw their account balances before they finally shut the site.

This is my honest opinion, I stand to be corrected incase I am getting something wrong.
