The most obvious answer is poker and blackjack because you can do more than just press a button and try your luck. For other games like slots and dice you can say there is some mental skills to control your bank roll, but this is hardly a mental skill.
Games which test someone's skills aren't popular in gambling. There are some alternatives like chess and e-sports, but you don't see gamblers going for it too often when compared to luck based games. Moreover, most popular gambling platforms don't offer skill based games to their public, and that is probably due to the fact there isn't demand for it.
From what I see, people want brainless games where they don't have to think a lot in order to play, neither to make effort or to be patient. As you can see, most popular gambling games work that way.
That's because there isn't enough dopamine hits when you are doing something that requires a lot of thinking and time. For quick games on casinos you can have a lot more addrenaline because the stakes are high and you can just wait until the result comes a few seconds later.
