Earning salary or owning a business which is better

The more risk a person can take, the more profit he will make and improve financially. The risk is higher in business than in a job, so the possibility of higher income is also higher. It is possible to make the same amount of money in business in a day as a person earns in a month or a week by working.

In my view, you're conflating two different things here, which happens a lot when people glorify entrepreneurship over employment. Yes, the probability of a higher income in business is greater. But that’s just it, it’s only a probability! We’re not talking about guaranteed income; we’re talking about the chance that it might exceed your salary. It could just as easily end up being the same or even lower. What is always higher, though, is the risk, but people tend to sweep that under the rug.

You are right. There is a risk because there is no guarantee that a person who quits his job to become an entrepreneur will earn a lot. There is a risk in starting a business but there is no guarantee that I will be successful. Rather doing a skill based job can be more financially viable because you do not need additional capital. No one can be sure of a guaranteed income. But if you can personally acquire expertise in a specific subject, you can work independently and the amount of income can be satisfactory.

Business is profitable but at the same time business is risky. If you compare business and job, then there is a good side and a bad side in job, similarly there are good sides and bad sides in business.
In job you usually get your salary for sure, that is there is no risk here, there is no fear of not getting money at the end of the month, here you will keep getting money continuously, this is a good side of job, but its bad side is that the income from it will be fixed. You will only get your salary, you will get the same fixed amount of money every month, there is no chance of getting more, you get a fixed salary and everything is spent in the same way every month, no extra money can be earned.
But in business there is a possibility of making a lot of profit, when you start making profit then it gives you a lot of profit, but there is no guarantee that your business will grow overnight and you will definitely get success by doing business. Because there is a risk here, just as there is a possibility of making big profit in business, sometimes you have to face financial difficulties. Due to various reasons, business suffers losses, and this is the bad side of business.
But the main truth is that if you want to achieve something big, you must do business, you can never build a good financial foundation from just a certain amount of money each month.

Businesses and salary jobs are two amazing sources of income needed by all looking forth for balanced future, it helps presents opportunities and any among both should not be criticised.
The same way Businesses are useful is also how salary jobs are  but I will like to choose Businesses because it help build  one into stability faster than salary jobs. Businesses gives room to exploitation while salary jobs works with limitations and never give room for exceeding boundaries because there is limitations to everything.

Both jobs and businesses are good sources of income, but I do not completely agree with the statement that business allows you to achieve financial stability faster than a job. Because no one can guarantee that you will make a profit just by starting a business. There are both profits and losses in business, and sometimes it can take several years to recover the capital invested in the business. On the other hand, because a person receives a fixed salary every month in a job, he can plan his family expenses and future plans relatively easily. Again, although there are limitations in income in a job, there is also an opportunity to get a well-paid job or get a promotion by increasing his skills and experience.

In business, there may be more freedom to make your own decisions and opportunities to increase income, but at the same time, there is more risk and responsibility of loss. The most important thing for me is, no matter how much a person earns, how much of that income is retained and how much is used for the future. Because even if you earn a lot of money, if it cannot be used properly, neither business nor job can bring financial stability in the long run.

If one is actually a salary earner and you're earning enough you can as well venture or invest into a business of choice, both are very good choices because it now having many sources of income without having to depend on one and it can help make your finances stable especially when you know how to go about with your business.

It depends on the job and how much is the salary earner is earning so look  at politics and medicine technology engineering etc they're earning a good amount of salary but who are the richest people in the world right now they are business owners running different companies they pay the salaries earner that doesn't make the salary earners look bad because you can be earning salary and investing they're wealthy people who earn salary and run their companies so having both at the same time is not bad instead it will be a successful journey.

It's actually true that there are people who prefer to earn a salary rather than start a business, and the idea now is that most people don't even have the funds to start a business, so they might even want to start with salaries, then follow it up with starting a business but this will only happen when they have enough funds for the business, and some people are scared of the risk that investment comes with, so either way we have to be ready.

Some people are at the peak of their career that they dont need to start a business on time because they have a very good payroll that, with time, they might have even saved more than enough, so what works for me might not work for you, so we just have to do everything possible to make sure we are okay. No matter what, money is very important, and we need to have a plan or a roadmap to follow for financial freedom.
