Fluctuations in investments like Bitcoin are normal, and it takes time to understand and adapt. In investing, you also have to make a lot of sacrifices. Those who are afraid to leave at the beginning regret it later. And for those afraid to leave, it is better not to dream.

You can only be discouraged that's if you like listening to side talks, there are some conversation that is not worth it. And whenever you see people or maybe your friends having this kind of conversation all you need to do is to give them some space or even if you can't do that but don't give them a listening ear because some people are bent in spoiling other people's happiness and also poisoning people's mind. Yes, that's true. If OP has self-determination to invest in bitcoin, he should stand firm on his words and do his things, no matter what anybody says about his investment, he would not be bothered about it but one thing I think that would even warrant people to start talking about your investment is wHen you open your mouth to tell them you invested in bitcoin that is when you will begin to get discouragement from them but when OP is silent over it, nobody would have clues of his bitcoin investment and it would just be their yielding profit for him.

Another thing I would say is this, before investing in bitcoin, one must try have another or multiple sources of income becasue the bitcoin market is very volatile and as such it could not be favourable sometimes when it seems things are not working properly for you to take profit to remedy situations at hand. Sometimes, when people know about your bitcoin investment, and you  go to them to take loan, they would remind you of your bitcoin investment urging you to take from there that what is the point having such investment and you can access it at anytime but you don't want to, this is discouragement because they would just frustrate you to making sure you touch it. So the best thing is to keep your investment a secret and make sure you have a backup so that you do not get tempted to tamper with your investment at any point in time.

As an Adult investor, don't think that you can be told of what to do and what not to do but anyone because you are old enough to decide for yourself since no one forced you into bitcoin investment, listening to people's advice not to buy bitcoin during the dip is all up to you since no one cc an make decisions for you.

There are a lot of people like me who are on this shoes you just mentioned. Even if I am sure about something, I still like to consult a lot before taking decision. The consulting is usually intra and inter personal consultation. The intra personal one has to do with me as an individual where I think about it repeatedly like I do many times and the inter personal one is the one that I share with people around me just to be sure if that's the right decision to make. Having a behavior like ours is mostly found among introverts who do more of self thinking exercises than other but as an individual you will have to train yourself to outgrow such setbacks and start learning to become more prudent in taking decisions.

Anything you are doing definitely you need to have some people that can discourage and stop what you're doing. if they see they can't do it or they are struggling to achieve it. Because not everything that work for you go work for another person and they will think he won't work for anyone since they fail to learn. It’s easy for people to say this thing go be too difficult for you to do, that you shouldn’t bother wasting your time, that many people have tried and didn’t succeed.
