Mintpal is halting the coin. This is getting crazy.

Devs are touting how all these great things are happening... But MINTPAL HANDLES 90% OF WHITECOIN VOLUME!

Here is a link to MintPals Tweet - https://twitter.com/mintpalexchange/status/460266430819475456

I'm sorry but if they've halted all deposits and Withdrawls, meanwhile Devs are saying "Everything is Fantastic" = Something is Very VERY wrong!

If Mintpal takes the next step and halts trading, with a delisting happening, the coin is delisted, all orders will be stopped and coins could be stuck in Mintpal until the Devs fix whatever Mintpal says is seriously wrong... And those who own will just have to wait and watch the coins tumble on other exchanges before being able to withdrawl.

Never seen anything like this before.

LOL Whitecoin is just a poorly cloned coin, made by an amateur programmer, he's just don't know how to deal with these technical problems. If people want another PoW/PoS hybrid coin with bigger potential and more serious development, they should take a look at Asiacoin, the rise has just started.

Yeah, I just spent three weeks trying to clone satoshidice and I am about to give up and that is just a webpage.

Making an altcoin, dealing with the community, and proactively going after technical issues is non-trivial.

The wheat is going to get separated from the chaff like the dozens of first gen of POW clones that have gone below 1 satoshi.

Well they made an official statement on their twitter account today, that whitecoin deposits are now operational.
