Mining Pool Setup Services... they made in 2018 untill recently. It's either they're genuine or the topic title was edited recently as indicated that OP edited it some few days ago. However, we may not know what was edited, anyway.
Again, that user may not mean any harm. They've been running that services for years and I don't think people have had issues with them. Except there's something I'm missing here.
