Firstly the display of the wallet drop-down menu is a little misleading. Basically, I even had to switch across device and desktop mode on mobile to confirm that there wasn't an extra part that wasn't displaying. The drop down menu should be adjusted so users can see all corners of it.
For the BTC deposit type, the address there is a little bit old since it's an older version of bitcoin addresses. I'll recommend you switch to bech32 address to appear more recent.
As for total bets it should defaultly be displayed in dollars before users can change it in settings based on their preference. Not everyone may be able to get those settings in time so it's best you let them display in dollar by default.
Your casino settings should be able to automatically adjust game currency as you switch across games which is why making use of dollar by default is what I initially recommended. This is an error code that pops up when you switch across games that have different currencies.
