Thanks for accepting me in this review campaign and find below my comments.

General Aspect and Graphic
The home page seems really clear and easy to access. Nice graphic. I didn't create an account (it is something worth it?)
The name of the site even if "common" allow to remember the name of the site.
Basic information about swap and how it works are provided scrolling the page down, these have been really useful to see (since I am not using really often swap).

ToS/Privacy/FAQ
Before making any other interaction I had a quick look on these 3 parts of the site.
There are no explicit details on KYC or FAQ (likewise in what case these could be required, or what to do in case there are some lawsuit/litigation).
After reviewing anyway I find the classic note related this kind of services. However it must be really clear on these aspects because its better to provide crucial info immediately.
OT This is mostly the main reason swaps are not the main instruments used by newbies. more clear and easy rules would provide a better access.
There is an affiliate and api program available. I haven't tried during this review.

SWAP
It was a very quick, efficient and convenient process. The rate seems on the average.
The whole process has been well managed, automatically! Including links and so on.
This has been a great note for me since a nice/efficient service must also have good rates...

General Comment
The experience was absolutely positive. I would use it again if needed.
I am not the common user that use those systems: it has been useful to see how these have changed in the last years.

The only critical comment is about the regulation and faq for the users. The more clear the better for everyone...

I try to register using a Google account, and there are a few problems when I try to connect. My Google account does not allow me to register, but after I set the permission on my Google account, I finally succeeded in creating the account on Changeum.io.

So far, the website looks smooth when 1st time I am explored it, but I just have a little advice to add commonly used languages in addition to the existing ones, like Indonesian, Japanese, Arabic, or other languages that already exist on this forum.

in the security profile, I can see "secured with Google authentication", maybe because my Google account already set it up, I don't know if the other one didn't set it up, maybe the site has a button to set it up on the profile setting, because (even instant exchange) 2FA is very important, the hacker will attempt various ways to get our Data ID.

I haven't exchange it yet, but when I already read on trustpilot, it seems like there is no significant problem when people use it. Hopefully, there won't be any problems such as another instant exchange happens. Prompt handling quickly by support is highly necessary when the user has a problem, it may take some add another contact, like Discord, WhatsApp, or etc, which makes it easier for users to solve the problem.

My Changeum.ui Review:

Right from the start of the website, It feels really responsive and smooth at the same time when I click buttons on the website, responsive buttons, Smoothe animation at the buttom of the website is great as well, When it comes to UI probably the design needs more improvement, there are some parts that it is just black, I would say that it need more contrast on some part on icon and text.



For example, there are a lot of improvements that we can do here, it just didn't look like a reputable website at this point because of this sloppy typography design, more text holder, most people is probably not going to trust it at first glance.



Some of the links are not working, and some are banned account on the platform.

Registration
When registering for the platform using your Google account, it was actually a smooth sail, just need to log in my Google Mail account, and it just takes 2-5 seconds then you get registered and logged in already.

There might be some issue here since it instantly registers my Google account, double checking it, and there was no actual code sent to my Gmail when registering, meaning it wasn't really verifying if the email I put on it was actually a legitimate email.


Authentication
There was also some confusion here since it says that my account is already secured with a Google authentication, which I didn't really set up at the first place.

Having the secondary layer on security is actually great so having authentication is going to be a good addition here, or probably just being able to use your email, or phone number as a authenticator is already enough.

Test the transaction with the minimum amount.
The exchange box was great and responsive; it has a good contrast on it, and users can easily understand it.
Design was simple, had contrast, easy to understand for users, and easy to use.
The only thing is it just needed more crypto token on the list to cover more of the tokens in the market.


Instantly reflect on the dashboard, and all of the details needed are already on the screen.


Received the transaction smooth and fast didnt really encounter any problems with the transaction.


It would be great if the animation on this part were more noticeable in order for the user to know the status of the process.


No issues, I can easily see using these personally seeing how quick the transaction was.
Also there was an email confirmation as well on the successful transaction.

Testing Live Chat


Gonna say that this live chat was a legitimate chatbot that is very fast, responsive to my chats, probably with only around 15seconds to respond in my experience, tested it, and it was a live chat, not AI.


Personally prefer not doing KYC for sure, and a lot of people in the crypto community would also prefer not having KYC, but I don't mind doing it if it were a respectable website.
Overall, it was a great exchange. Add more features, improve the UI, enhance security, and make it a legitimate or registered platform, and I could easily see myself using this website for my transactions.

I visited the exchange and it took seconds for the exchange to load. At first glance when I saw the background running some galaxy stars, I thought it's some kind of animations that suck internet data but it's simple, very fast and took second to completely load the page.

My first impression about the exchange, you don't have to registered if you don't want to but if you want to keep logs and history of your transaction with the exchange, you can have an account with just an email and password which take less 2 minutes to complete.



l like exchanges that are stress free, you can send coins from your wallet and get another coin returned instantly in minutes, you don't have to submit any documents just so that you can make a simple harmless transaction, they respect privacy and that makes them a plus.


Supported coins:



I'm no sure why the exhcange wrote "Thousands of supported coins and tokens" but as of writing this review, the exchange currently provide upto 24 instant crypto coins and these are not just the usual coins, they coins with high liquid where you can transact and don't have to worry about too much volatility. The most important one that I saw that caught my attention is XMR, many exchanges has delisted monero due to regulatory concerns, this is one exchange you can trade your coins instant.

Service:
On the instant swap, the exhange allows you to send one coin into another, you send one coin and get a different type of coin but this is subjective to two different rate:



Float rate: Changing of one coin to receive another coin but what you received can change depend on how volatile the market is during the exchange. For example,
If you want to exchange an amount Bitcoin to get Ethereum and Bitcoin price increase, you will get more ethereum but if Bitcoin price reduce, you will get less ethereum.

Pros: This is useful if your coin is pumping and you want to use it to your advantage.

Cons: If the market is Volatile and decrease in prices, you will receive less coin and it's limited to $5000 for Bitcoin, ethereum while less than or equal to $3000 for rest of the altcoins on the exchange.

Fixed rate: This gives you a fixed amount of coin no matter the market Volatility at that time. It's the amount you get even if the coin makes an increase/decrease during the exhange.

Its limited to $1000 per swap for every coin on the exchange.

User Profile



With a signup, the exchange provide you with a user interface where you can track your order history with a unique transaction ID for fast tracking. This ID can be search on the "My exchange" search bar and the details of the transaction will popout showing the details of the transaction.

Affiliate Program

I like the fact that the exchange makes an affiliate program for influencer with an earning program but the commission is low, 0.25% is like a penny.

That means if you referred a client and transact $100,000, you will only get $250 seems good on the large volume but an average users will likely make nothing. The team should make the affiliation increase maybe for a limited time to attract customers,maybe 0.4% and then reduce it as the customer based increase, for now this isn't going to attract influencers to want to earn this small rate.

What I expect from the exchange and new features.

The buy and sell features should be made available, it's there on the website as coming soon but the sooner the better. This sell order will make the exhange a top notch since it's a KYC free, there is limited available non KYC exchanges that support buy and sell to fiat, this feature will give them more exposure to new customers that doesn't use instant exhange without KYC.

Caution

The general cons about the exchange: Your coins are been watched even if KYC isn't required, the exchange stated on their terms of service on the prohibited uses^[1], this is too extreme for company that says it's non KYC exchange.
Before you want to use this exchange, read their terms of services before making any exchange of coins^[2].

My Changeum.io Review

I am really surprised to see the site opens on Tor browser without any problem, like many loads and take time, some don't even open and this one opened quickly. I will be sharing my experience, things I did not liked and some suggestion and errors too. I might be too honest so I hope the project team won't mind.

1. I did not liked the way they are forcing me to accept their cookies with no option to close it, some sites allow us to close it but this one is not allowing really annoying, it should be left optional.


2. I did not found a single link on the front page that could lead me to their TrustPilot Review page. I had to manually search their name in the search bar of the Trustpilot but they should have at least provided a link on the home page, Anyways, I clicked on the link seen in the image below, it was a evaluation link, like I can't see the reports of others but I can (have to) give my own experience first, for any new user they don't want that, they want the reviews of other people and then they will use and should be directed toward this link.


3. I did not found any review on the bestchange, are you listed there are the changeum or some else exchange?

4. I checked your reviews that you mentioned on the front page by other people like the one in the image below, the first review is made where? I could not find it on the Trustpilot, I searched and the same review like copied and pasted on the https://changelly.com/sell-crypto site, as you can see that also in the image below.



5. If you have some affiliation with Changelly, then mention that please, like I know you are using other exchanges as partners to make the deal smooth, but in the review, that should be mentioned. As if this person in the image above (Danial Sinta or Chris) used your platform and you then used the Changelly then that's alright but if he directly used the Changelly this review shouldn't be here, sorry for asking it.

6. On the Twitter page, you used hashtags as exchange, crypto exchange, but never used the term or write something like it is an instant exchange somewhere in the description, really confusing, I mean only in the hastags, I know you wrote "Instant, fully automatic cryptocurrency exchange with Lightning Network⚡️ " but in the hashtags it would make sense too unless there is a marketing reason behind it.

7. As you can see in the images below, some part of these icons are behind the border of the site (left side) while there is a lot of space in the right side of the site, this is not sophisticated, my screen size is 90% so when I zoom in to 100% and even in the 90% the lines become two of these tokens you listed (like the icons) when I hover over them they show which token is this but if there is another icon below it, that info of ticker does not show up, also not very friendly. I hope you get what I mean.

8. Reddit is banned, Medium icon has no link, if you have not made an account yet, then exclude it from there, it is also not very user friendly. The trustpilot icon also leads to the evaluate page while it should take us to the main page to see the reviews, in the left side everything is crazy haha, like the contact option is in the "Company & Team" while it should be in the "support" the arrangement of the buttons is also very weird, it should be like Home, Api, Partnership, About and then contact although contact should not be in here, it should be in the support section.


9. This is really great feature, it tells us the address it not correct and it also don't open the exchange tab, this is really great and it works like a charm, well done for this.


Exchange Experience
10. It was too fast and smooth that I am really surprised by the platform. I exchanged USDT from BEP20 Network to BNB Bep20 and the exchange was instant like everything happened within 8 seconds, if I am not wrong alright let's round it off to the 10 seconds but it was really crazy for me haha. Great work here.

10a. I liked the stamp of time you created on the left side that's really crazy and very accurate.
10b. I received exactly the same amount, there was no uncertainty, or hidden fees, they delivered what they showed.
10c. The fee on the bep20 is almost zero, I mean it is literally zero in my exchange, I think I just love it, going to use it regularly from now on.



I just have three suggestions to make in Exchange section:
1. The Bestchange review icon is in the Russian language. I am not using any vpn, the tor circuit is also not set on the Russian country, then it is because the link is of a Russian language page. Please change it to English, which is more sophisticated and user friendly.
2. I know I have chose the correct network but I could not confirm it anywhere on the swap detail page where I have to send funds, it only have two icons, the one I am sending which was usdt and the one I am receiving which was BNB, although it would be great if the network icon would be mentioned there as well.
3. At the end of the swap there is no button that says, make another Instant Exchange, or Start New Exchange
