what you dont realise.. is that the DELEGATES THAT WALKED OUT
where not the main leading speakers/representatives of african/indian countries.. but their staff/entourage. meaning their entourage and anyone they can grab to sit next to their representative speaker to add numbers.. and when it was time to leave because important things were happening, walk out enmasse
basically make it look like a masse walkout of leading speakers when infact its more so only 5-10% actual people that should be in the room and 90% added extra feet to walk in and out at a planned procession

if you look at the seats, most countries only normally have 1-2 people sat per delegation.. but those that were part of the staged walkout filled all 6-12 seats before walking out in their groups. thus making it look like many more 'countries' were walking out, where as it was only a few 'countries', but with all their staff to make it look bigger.. then after, you still see on majority each country section still had their main speaker/representative still sat there
if there was a big widespread need to show opposition, then there would be no need to add staff to seats to do a charade of making it look bigger. instead the main speakers/representatives would walk out enmasse
