This doesn't just apply to gambling addiction, it is easy to get addicted to anything but when it is time to unaddict yourself from that addiction that's when the difficulty starts. The funny thing about addiction is that is when it starts a lot of people fail to realize this until it is too late. But there are some people that actually get the signs but they choose to either ignore or be in denial. The reason why addiction is a choice is because it is something that you do repeatedly until your brain gets used to it and at the end of the day it becomes hard to stop.

Yea, I have said same thing before that there are some other activities that can also be addictive but it is actually left for an individual to fight addiction on time and protect their self against it because it doesn't happen without a person's consent, before someone is fully enveloped in addiction, it usually starts gradually until the person can no longer control it but if the person starts on time to tackle it, they can prevent it.
Getting an addiction is not going to be hard whether a gambler is looking for ways to be addicted to gambling or trying to avoid getting an addiction. If you continue to gamble and hoping that you are not going to get an addiction, if you do it consistently, you might be surprised that you could get an addiction as soon as possible which is going to be unconscious to you until you are being told.
Yes, people basically become addicted without even realizing it. that's why you should never think that you will never get addicted, you can definitely get addicted, gradually the amount of your game will increase without you knowing, and in this way you will get more involved, and in this way you will get addicted. That's why keep gambling activities as low and limited as possible, because it doesn't take long to get addicted, and once you get involved in addiction, it is difficult to get back to normal later.
