Yes if electricity is free were ever he is he won’t incur loss but the question is how can someone get free electricity  without paying for it I really don’t think there’s anywhere electricity is free except someone who is so rich and kind is the one paying for your street, there was a man some years back in my street he was so rich and very kind and he decided to pay for electricity for everyone he did it for a year.
