I believe the fundamental and globally accepted age is 18 years old, when you are already an adult. Before that, no, because you are not aware nor do you have adequate maturity you are still a minor But at 18, everything changes, things are different, and you are an adult. When you are an adult, you are responsible for your actions That is the ideal age, provided you are responsible.
Ideally gamblers should be 18 or older because their thinking is mature enough to make decisions. Btw, I started gambling at 22 because I already had my own income which ensured financial stability.
Generally speaking it's best to gamble when you're 18 or older, but to be more specific, it's best to gamble when you have your own income and financial stability. Age doesn't determine whether someone can gamble responsibly, as we can see from various cases. There are many mature gamblers who don't have a steady income or good financial management skills. My point is gambling shouldn't be determined by age; you should gamble when you're ready to gamble responsibly.
