People talk about specific characteristics that makes a person fit for being a businessman but my question is, can everyone be a good businessman? Can everyone turn their mindset to one that is always business minded?

One of the characteristics of a good businessman is being able to take risks. For those who are always anxious, is building a business already out of the picture for them? or do they still have hope?

Everyone knows that business is a place where if someone can succeed here, then he will be very prosperous financially. Because only through business can a person earn a lot of money. So I think everyone wants to be a businessman, but for various reasons, the number of businessmen is very low. I don't think everyone can be good in business, however business are of different dimensions, in other words. The world business is synonymous to investment, it is obvious that, he or she who is not courageous can not take risk. But to me what is most important is to be a good researcher, it is very wrong to take risk or invest on something you have no brief knowledge about, in life . We have formal and informal education, the informal education is a very good advantage as to serve as a guide for business staters, because it will expose  you to many things thereby helping to take risk of investment, it is still same formal education that will teach and guide you on the area of being committed and avoid extravagant life style which will help you grow in business, it will also guide you in the area of manner of approach.  There is a common saying that. Customers are always right. The ability to know all this and it serves as rule and guide for you is capable of taken far in business.

Not everyone can have the mindset of being business minded, whereas different strokes for different folks.Owning and managing a business has never been in my DNA,I have a friend that thought owning and managing a business was just a day dream until he faced the reality and today the business is no where to be found.Risk isn't only what qualifies a good business, infact life itself is a risk, whatever we about doing is also a risk so being disciplined and have a good business management system can help secure a business for the long run.It's not all about starting strong but it's more better to finish strong.

Very well put. It might seem like an easy job to run a business from a spectator's point of view, but only the person doing it knows how difficult it truly is. What do we see as spectators? A person who visits the office, or the site, signs a few papers, checks some stats, and goes home after that, and that's it. We feel like it's very easy and they do nothing, but we only see one side of the coin, because the other side is hidden from us. Businesses don't run like that, there is a lot going on in the background that we don't see.

If you are a businessman, you will need to deal with a lot of things, things that you might not even like but you have to do them because it's beneficial for your business as a whole, and if you don't do them, competitors will stay ahead of you, and believe me, competitors in a business will never let you take rest, because you will always be worried about your business losing customers to a competitor if you don't constantly improve your products and services for the customers.

I personally believe that anyone can have the idea of ​​starting a business, but not everyone can execute it. In my limited experience no, lots of people do not have what it takes to multitask and learn all the different requirements that are needed to run a business, or simply don't have any desire to do so. There's nothing wrong with that, you can go through life with a solid career earning a fairly good wage with skills you learn through school up to university. There are plenty of highly skilled professions out there with top salaries that do not require you to run a business yourself, although you probably need an accountant to optimize your tax arrangements. You need to be very creative and dynamic in business, which can be highly stressful and draining in itself unless you are geared up for that - so it's entirely understandable for all these different approaches in life.
