From what we have been seeing online over the years since social media have become a source of income for so many people are just too many lies, they lie to get you click on their referral link and register on the casino. I have seen this kind of adds from different content creators not only africans content creators but other countries too are running misleading ads on social media to promote either a casino, prop firm, broker or any product. Most of them don't have truth on their lips while doing the ads.  The man wearing a red attire on that video is still the same person that spoke about roobet casino but he didn't show his face, listen to the voice and you will know.

But they are all lying to their audience and deceiving them to start gambling without giving them a risk warning, that's my annoyance for all this influencers.

You are funny... Are you trying to say that all the social media influences that are promoting casinos and trading are truly making the money that they claimed to make from trading and gambling. It means that you don't understand how these promotion business is done in casinos and exchanges. When promoting a casino will you say that you have been losing all these while when gambling, I bet you, you will be a bad promoter because the business involves luring people to trade or gamble for profit.

If you doom scroll Facebook, you will see a lot of different videos that are not owned by the real one. They are copying it to gain views, and I think that's where they will get money.
But it won't be enough, they will add a gambling site to earn more, and maybe get the attention of the gambling site they want to promote. Maybe they are not really paid by the online casino, but they are trying to.
Regarding legality, I believe FB and other social media have high security when it comes to tracing originals and copyrights. He must be good at picking videos without copyrights, but when it comes to advertising, I believe they don't care about that unless they are reported.

There's no problem with this, sir. These people are doing a good job of generating revenue by adding ads to videos they repost from the original account. As long as they tag the content owner, it doesn't constitute plagiarism,In fact, many people compile funny videos from various sources to make their own videos. But that's not a problem, and I think it's a creative way to create their content, even if they aren't the original creators.

If you look closely, quite a few content creators are helped by these accounts to increase their popularity, leading to audiences flocking to their original accounts. I call them clippers, and they help market your content. If you look at it positively, this is great, but if you look at it negatively, you'll see it as completely bad.

There are some people that does not care about anyone that is plagiarising their videos on YouTube. This is very common in Nigeria and I think some people that are plagiarized know that but they do not do anything maybe because they think their videos can be known to more people and that more people can later join their YouTube channel because of that.

Also maybe they know the person. If they do not know the person but they are plagiarising his videos, that is very bad of them to do. But that is not even the reason for this topic. The main reason for this topic is that the person is also lying that he is making money from Roobet. Some people think of it as lie and advertisement.

I looked at most of the videos on his YouTube channel, I didn't see many comments, most of the videos don't have at least 1 comment, I also didn't see many views and it seems to me that they are not videos produced by him, so my guess is that we are dealing with someone who wants to make money with social networks but doesn't want to produce their own content and since he wasn't successful, he is now posting gambling games because it is something that attracts people's attention.

This is just another common thing that promoters normally does. If you have been here or using the Internet space more longer you will be able to see that there's a lot of things promoting videos whereby promoters promotes casinos in other to make money and yo get more audience from the internet space. Let's be clear. Does this YouTube page belong to you?
Because I don't see anything bad in someone using his/her content video to promote a certain brand, and when a video is a promotional video, you shouldn't expect everything said to be true because the purpose was to make the people watching the video try the brand promoted.

Believe everything on YouTube at your own risk, because judging by the fact how the primary goal of every YouTuber has always been to get views and earn from YouTube partner program, which is ads.
