Bisq Easy  has been elevated to v 0.9.0. This release focuses mainly on improving Tor connectivity, along with further polish to UX and overall app performance.

If you are going to install it on your mobile phone, please take into account that there are two apps to trade on Bisq2, namely Bisq Easy and Bisq Connect.

If your phone is one of the latest models, you might want to consider using Bisq Easy; otherwise, Bisq Connect could be the better option.

The latest Bisq Connect v0.7.0  release has just seen the light of day with the stuff that introduces the opt-in analytics feature alongside a redesigned startup screen with clearer Tor connection progress and better handling of slow or failed connections, plus multiple stability fixes including iOS crashes and a frozen UI after app restart.

Bisq Easy app got  an update to v 0.10.0 which made possible to see  node's connection info and peers on the new screen. It also fixes the particalar bug where the app would sometimes get stuck starting up, and it stops your trading data from being backed up automatically by Android. They also added a new payment method for Ethiopia (Telebirr), plus general bug fixes and speed improvements.

Bisq Connect mobile app was elevated to 0.8.0. Overall, this is just  smoother and more polished release which offers now load way faster, there's a new screen showing your node's connection health, pairing with your trusted node got more secure.

Android backups are now locked down so your pairing info stays on your phone.

It also added the new payment method ^{namely, Ethiopian Birr}.

Bisq team just pushed  the update ^v0.11.0 to Bisq Easy  app.

A few things changed under the hood: you can now tap a trader's avatar to check their profile/reputation and report or ignore them if something's off, the app starts up quicker and takes less space thanks to some background optimizations, and offer syncing got fixed so people stop getting stuck on a loading screen. One heads-up for the technical folks: they turned off code obfuscation this time, so mapping files won't be uploaded anymore.
