First of all, welcome to this forum, OP. I tried creating an account on your casino; it looks simple when I check it out, and it seems okay in my opinion.
In fact, I was curious to check your faucets, and I received 1 token. Now, I'm just not sure if the price per token is around $0.1? Am I correct, OP?

I also don't know if this faucet you provide to your players on your gambling platform is once a day. But I'm familiar with the other games, so they're not new to me,

Op, you should check the social channels linked on the website. The X (twitter) link redirects to an account that no longer exists and so does the telegram. The icon for the telegram link also is different from the actual telegram logo, I almost did not know what it's purpose was.

At this stage in the project, it is important to get valuable feedback quickly as the site is already public and make the needed changes equally as quickly.

It's still in beta, but you've already launched it. Why not be patient and let it perfect itself? Adding more games will definitely create a lot of interest, and hopefully, you won't forget to add sports betting as well.

There is nothing wrong to lauch a beta stage as long as the purpose is to get feedback from the early users and as long as the site can guarantee that user's funds are safe during beta stage.
It will be even better if deposit/withdrawal is disable during beta stage, I'm not sure about this one since I cant visit the site at the moment, is it completely down?
OP also need to create a better ANN thread although it is still in beta stage, good presentation can be a good start and it may attract people to keep their eyes and waiting until the official launch.

Sure. If they are in the beta stage, then they can announce their product publicly, but as far as I can see, they are supposed to be in the alpha stage.
No need to rush things, OP. Just take it slowly and I invite you to conduct a review campaign at this phase rather than promote your platform publicly while it’s not already preparet to accept customers.

It is good you have taken this step early enough to change servers immediately so as to forestall any future occurrences that could be related to server outage in the near future. Sometimes this could really cause a set back for a casino if they didn't noticed it early enough to making sure they put it in other you know. But all the same, I believe your server upgrade could mean a lot because it would save you the stress of unexpected shutdown while in service.

Had some spare minutes an decided to give your site a try using faucet's token and want to mention a couple of bugs I experienced :

 - on crypto slot balance wasn't updated after every single bet and had to refresh the page to have my balance correctly displayed ( even if bet history was showing my bets outcome in real time)

 - crash game didn't start after I placed my bet and stayedin waiting mode forever


 - other games I tried ( almost all) were working smoothly.

Registration process was easy and worked perfectly.

Just please make plinko animation a bit more realistic : the way balls fall down is honestly terrible to watch, make them bounce a bit. Also shorten the time needed to have limbo multiplier displayed.

Not sure what is going on here, I already tried your site and commented in this same thread but am quite sure we were talking about Bitwinz.gg site; now in the same thread  seems like we are talking about a completely different site (bitarcade.fun)  : at first I thought about a name change and tried to login using same old bitwinz credential but it didn't work.

This casino lunched his ANN thread before six months but as you can see replies didn't exceed the second page yet. After six months, it is proved that the casino is running smoothly without complaints from any part, but it is still unknown compared to casino lunched long after. Just today I noticed that this thread exist.

OP, why don't you buy a copper membership and re-design this ANN thread with some nice pictures and animations like other casinos did? I suggest you consider running some promotional campaigns within bitcointalk community.

this might be the second vibe coded casino that i saw on the forum that doesn't suck, i played some plinko and dice, and they are smooth.

one thing i would note: in the seed rotation history, you should show the revealed previous server seed both hashed and unshased + the client seed just to make it easier for people to verify, as not everyone is going to remember the client seed they set up.
and it would be nice if you add some documentation on what algorithm you use to calculate the results.

i don't think they have the budget for that, their bankroll is less than $2k.

promotional campaigns on the forum are not cheap, and they should not expect to throw a few $$$ and get results.
imo, that money would be better spent adding it to the bankroll or to work on the website more.
