This one no be too much thing wey dey hard for us to understand na why we no supposed use the palmpay take do p2p service because the exchange no too support am like that so while trading e go better say you used another bank apart from Palmpay.
This p2p of a thing we suppose dey careful when trading because any small casalar money don go be that.

People wey dey use Palm pay and other online banks for p2p transactions do that because of how fast it is during transactions unlike the commercial banks where money cdn be sent to you by a merchant but ut will take days for you to receive your money. If the exchange you are using doesn't support a particular online bank it is important for you to change your bank immediately so that if you have issues you can resolve it and nkt lose money also the exchange should stop accepting users who uses Palm pay for payments if they are against making use of the bank so they don't bring confusion between the people involved in the p2p transactions.

This p2p of a thing we suppose dey careful when trading because any small casalar money don go be that.

I get palmpay account and if I count how many times I did deposit on the account, e no pass 3 times and that was before I heard they really reverse transaction when a person report transaction to them. Like I do see other banks do their thing, when a case is reported about fraud or any illegal transactions, they contact the other person and ask them details of the transaction while the money is hold, if they can provide evidence of things they bought with receipt, they will release the money but if they are not convinced enough, they will ask you to come to the bank and settle it. If indeed it's your money and you have nothing to fear, you will shop and go home without any problem but palmpay doesn't not undergo this process, they just reverse money without the other person consent, this is why I stopped using them.

I am not an OPAY agent or support them but if there is any micro finance bank I will trust with my money, it will be OPAY 100% but make sure it doesn't exceed ₦5M since that's what they can insure if something happen to their bank.
