Wouldn't it be better to post the details of the deals on the trust page or on the @shasan thread since @shasan is active and there is no need to repeat the same thread?

I don't know why you are so interested in the functioning of escrow here on the forum, but I am of the opinion that even if something like this is considered a good idea, it would be better if it were started by someone who has direct experience with the escrow business.
The scenarios you mentioned do not cover all possibilities, and it is clear that all (or at least most) circumstances must be foreseen and covered.
Any double interpretation of escrow rules can cause problems and loss for at least one party.
