It is not mature yet the whole AI thing and also Chatgpt, they are not mature enough to have learned a huge amount of data in order to provide us better insights. When I tried it a couple of times it surprised me for the worse as the data given to me for statistics were totally wrong and when I replied these datas only until May 2024 when I was trying this in mid 2025 it replied back to me that this is the last date I have information on. So it was outdated and incomplete to say the least, every AI machine needs to learn a lot of data from LLM-s and ML in order to enhance their capabilities which would give greater detailed amount of data and statistics.

To an extent, we are becoming to doing things ourselves just because Thiers the availability of chat gpt. ChatGPT as well as any other AI model wasn't created to become a substitute to us. Even with Thier level of effectiveness, they are still limited in several niche including gambling and every other thing that's finance related.

In sports betting for instance, the higher you can do is to use them to get some fact about the teams you're predicting in so by that, it becomes easier to do proper analysis before eventually playing a game. Even if for any reason you were able to make prediction through the aid of chatGPT and won, it's not a guarantee that it has the potential of giving you consistent win. That tool can only show those data's you needed and which team have good chance to win, but it will never give us a guaranteed result. Live games is unpredictable and no technology exist can predict the future out come.

They might be misled by Ai if they really to much on its prediction. So the only best usage for this is to use it for automate their researching, but don't base their judgement especially for placing bets since it carries huge risk and they might just get disappointed if the result they are looking for didn't happen. I've said this many times, ChatGPT or any AI/bots for that matter will not do anything "better," but they could do it "faster." I've tested this many times in the past, and my observation was that the AI I used always come up with the same result I got manually, so they are not there to hack anything for you, but to ease your work.

Because AI need big data and most of data they have from search engine, from here, AI just processes the data and connect all data to give new information to user. If AI unable to crawl new data from search engine, AI will giving you the last data they have even it a outdate data. So, i think AI chatGPT or similar still need search engine system to update their data despite manual input from user. if you provide newest data you have, so it will giving better results.
