I don’t think many people truly love their job every day. For me, it’s more like I respect what my job gives me — stability, learning, and options. Some days I enjoy the work, other days I’m just pushing through. And I think that’s normal, not a failure.
I respect my work, by handling every day's work with respect and love, our confidence, goals, future plans, etc. can be taken correctly, and if we handle every day's work with negligence, it is not possible to achieve time, mentality, success properly. If you are looking for something good or big success in the future, it is not right to neglect or belittle any work. If we do our daily work responsibly, it can result in our own skills, respect, success and long-term good.
If someone isn't afraid of development and hard work, they'll excel in any endeavor. Even if they're entrusted with dirty or difficult work, they'll approach it thoughtfully, exploring ways to make their job easier, safer, and more efficient. And such people rise to leadership positions because they're noticed.
Generally, such people are rare, and back when I had a full-time job, I saw one in 10 colleagues like them. The rest were slackers, preoccupied with killing time on their smartphones at work, watching YouTube and TikTok.
