Why not simply ban those users that already abuse bonus and have a minimum requirement such as VIP level or specific days of registration to avoid such abused without being racist.
All countries have abusers not only Nigeria and its unfair to single them out just because the recent abusers is from their country.
There’s a lot of active Nigerians gambler here in the forum that will not gonna abuse your promotion.
We understand your point and thanks for sharing your opinion, it’s appreciated.
Just to clarify again, Nigeria is not banned from the platform and Nigerian users are welcome to use all other games, features and benefits. The restriction applied only to this specific promotion based on how that bonus was structured and the risk controls we had to apply for it.
We are not saying that abuse is related to any nationality in general, and we agree that bonus abuse exists in every country. The decision was made only for this campaign to manage risk on a new promotion, not to label or generalize players.
Regarding suggestions like VIP level requirements or long registration periods, these methods can work in some cases, but they are not always suitable when you are introducing a platform to new players, because strict entry requirements can also prevent genuine new users from trying the service.
We also understand the concern about perception and we take this feedback seriously. We are continuously improving our promotional mechanics and anti-abuse methods, and constructive feedback like this helps us refine our approach.
