I am curious why there will be withdrawal limits for monthly. I would agree to a daily limit of €5,000 if someone wins 10x his total deposit. But it's quite low as a monthly limit, especially for whale gamblers. They would make big deposits, and they might win bigger amounts as well. But if you limit the withdrawal, then it's really useless. It's not your funds, and you can't limit them in such a way; when they are losing, you don't have any terms, but there's a lot of drama when they withdraw funds.
I think they are just trying to stay liquid and prevent a situation where one or more players win massive amounts and empty most of their reserves. That would then affect the entire userbase and many more players would experience issues and delays when withdrawing because there isn't enough money in the bank. Their pockets might not be as deep as those of some more popular casino brands.

I am curious why there will be withdrawal limits for monthly. I would agree to a daily limit of €5,000 if someone wins 10x his total deposit. But it's quite low as a monthly limit, especially for whale gamblers. They would make big deposits, and they might win bigger amounts as well. But if you limit the withdrawal, then it's really useless. It's not your funds, and you can't limit them in such a way; when they are losing, you don't have any terms, but there's a lot of drama when they withdraw funds.
Actually this was standard T&C received from Anjoun Gaming License Authority. But now we have corrected the wordings of this policy to make it a daily limit. Monthly is updated to 25K. Thank you for the welcome message.

I noticed that your live support is offline now when I made a visit right before I made this post. You should make this feature 24/7 as much as possible since customers have different time zones. It’s sucks to encounter an issue on time zone that your support was offline.

I faced similar issue while trying to connect to their customer support yesterday. Apparently it was offline and once again, it's offline now! This needs to be fixed asap. As far as i remember, we are asked to leave a message in case they are offline and I remember dropping a "hi", and now that I revisit their site, the previous message is gone, and i'm not sure how to continue the conversation or do I start anew again and wait. This would be annoying as hell if that happens..

Not sure when the working time for the live support, if they have specific limited working hours then they should inform players/visitors by giving a warning message related to the working/effective hours to contact live support. Cashback is good but it comes with 1x wagering requirement, not sure if it is a common terms but as per my experience in some casinos, cashback is usually a wager free. However 1x wager requirement for cashback is still reasonable as it wont be that hard to wager 1x of the amount because it is usually the same requirement for deposits in most casinos.

Well I don't even know what to think or say although I feel maybe because it's a new casino that's why they haven't yet fully updated in all areas but I do agree with you on the fact that playing on a casino where the customer assistants isn't active is somehow a big risk since when you have issues they would be lack of communication or limited communication to sort out some issues or probably questions about the casino. Btw, this is my third day trying, and I still haven't seen them online, visited their site on different times...they always seems offline! At the same time, it would have been better if they had any alternative solutions, like having an " active" representative here. But so far their BTT account is also lacking activeness, made only 3 posts to this date! Imo, having a 24/7 support is crucial for maintaining a healthy amount of active users. If someone had problems, and can't contact support for days, they soon would stop playing for the lack of proper customer support!

At this point, I'm not even sure whether their support assistants are ever online. Btw, this is my third day trying, and I still haven't seen them online, visited their site on different times...they always seems offline! At the same time, it would have been better if they had any alternative solutions, like having an "active" representative here. But so far their BTT account is also lacking activeness, made only 3 posts to this date! Imo, having a 24/7 support is crucial for maintaining a healthy amount of active users. If someone had problems, and can't contact support for days, they soon would stop playing for the lack of proper customer support!
I just tried now and also there is no live agent. I sent a message but nothing was replied, I think it's just a normal ticket system and no one is there to answer immediately like other casinos. To ask things or get support it can be a little frustating to have to wait what usually is 24 hours for a reply back. This makes a difference when choosing my favorite casino.

Did you check the "Conversation" tab? In the chat window, if you click on the Conversation button, you will be able to see your previous conversations with live support. I’m not sure if those conversations have an expiration date, though. Also, it seems they have a ticket system, because when you start a new conversation, you will be automatically asked to provide a nickname and an email address. If you enter a valid email, you will instantly receive a message with a ticket number.

Yes, please get someone to be active at least when there are more users. When people need help they can't be happy waiting more than 24 hours for a support answer. Most of the casinos that advertise on bitcointalk have live support so it becomes a requirement for most people

Thank you for the suggestion, we're already working on this and very soon we'll get our live support active. We haven't had enough traffic to think about live support being a necessity but with the launch of the campaign we have seen a need and our hiring team are on duty to get that done ASAP.
