Very interesting thanks for sharing the source, there are some important points such as:
First, neither side wants to give up power nor do they want one of them to lead and defend what they control.
Secondly, Sudan resources are also a factor where some areas have abundant oil and are up for grabs so it is no wonder why the UAE stepped in. intervene for take part from conflict.
However, wars in the Middle East often become the center of the arms business for western countries to continue to maintain conflicts, which makes it sad that wars will always take innocent victims continue to fall including ethnic cleansing due to selfish leaders.
When you look at the situation of Sudan, you can really tell how greedy leaders are and are willing to take down their own country because of their selfish interest and greed. When this war started few years back, I thought it was a war breakout between Sudan and another country, not knowing that it is their own internal militaries that have raised arms against each other because of control of wealth and gas. It saddens me that even the poor ones are affected that maybe never got to enjoy from this abundance of resources the country is having and fighting about.
I recently heard of a case of famine been imminent there, I don’t know how true it is but this shows to what bad effects this world has come to now and they need to shield their swords against each other now. Let them embrace peace and if there is an external factor persuading one side to take arm against their other countrymen, they should find a way to eliminate them. Brothers can’t be fighting each other because of power, control and wealth, very bad situation in Sudan indeed.
