Made money on Zcash leverage on Ascendex. Not letting me withdraw

I made a good leverage on Ascendex had a large profit then closed my leverage and bought zcash on their site and they say its under review for over 35 hours now.

The telegram keeps blocking and deleting users who are asking for their money.

Would you mind sharing evidence, like screenshots of your conversation with their support?

Also, as far as I know, platforms like these usually have a part in their terms and conditions where it states that when they are reviewing something on an account, it could take XX amount of time(or something similar to that). I know it can be nerve racking when something like this happens, but perhaps give it a bit more time.

I did a quick search on google and it seems like their reputation is not that good. Let's hope you get your money. Sadly, they don't have a representative here, so there is no way of contacting them here in the forum.

This character of deleting a complaint of their service instead of attending to it transparently doesn't tell good about them but I am just guessing, not too certain the kind of message that was deleted, it could be how the message was presented. I remember you created a topic yesterday too about this same exchange, when I saw the notification now, I thought it was a different person until I scan through your profile. Just as I and other members advised on the other thread, exercise patients first until the period they gave you for the manual receive is overdue. If not resolved, you can tender you evidence here for future reference and further assistance.

I am not complaining about your story, I can't trust your version, without a proofs... but I would never use a shady service ...

He was warning against this exchange and claiming to have had two brutal experiences that have cost him money since August. However, despite his unsatisfactory experiences and the comments from members who showed that they had never heard of it before along with others who confirmed his warning, he still chose to use it..

Unfortunately, it is clear that OP did not have many exchanges and options available in his country to trade zcash futures, so he decided to risk his money into this little-known platform. What’s the reason behind their name change?? That’s truly suspicious, it could very well be an attempt to escape a bad reputation.

When platforms are restricted in a certain country, this opens the door for many unregulated CEX platforms to operate, and unfortunately, people choose them because they have no other options. We hope that OP will be able to find other legitimate and regulated platforms to trade with instead of this one.

I was complaining about a futures trade bonus glitch which they didnt believe me on. I didnt think that meant they didnt let anyone withdraw from the exchange

I put a little bit of money on made lots of profits.

Withdrawals are being rejected 3 times now. Im trying a smaller withdrawal and see if that works. May have to pursue legal action

That’s exactly it. Canada wouldn’t let me trade futures trades for zcash anywhere else. They offered me promos given me bonuses although the one i got sure didnt work right

they just sent me another 100 dollar bonus as well. They have lots of promotions i can’t imagine they have all this volume and nobody can withdraw i figure right? Zcash volume on their has often been in the top three or first before the pump not sure if it still is but millions a day you figure they can handle withdrawals if theyre trading millions of zcash a day on perpetuals

thank you i appreciate that. Trying a smaller amount withdraw for now see if they approve that. its like 10% of what i was tryin to withdraw. I just took my profits from leverage moved to spot account and sat their buying spot orders of ZEC on their exchange so multiple transactions taking place from closing leverage to transferring to spot and purchasing spot orders. Everything worked great doing all that. Their app is often updated snd works great good UI, i raise a disabled kid on my own and we really need this money we were all really excited about this so hopefully it just takes a bit of time but the .15 zec per withdrawal is a good chunk of change probably would need 10 small withdrawals of the same amount
