Is that the only way to access your casino? That's a problem when support is unresponsive and gives automated answers. Instead, the issue will not escalate, but with the current situation, it may lead to questions about their capabilities. And it will become a reason why gamblers will choose to leave rather than stay with them. In fact, if the casino promotes instant withdrawal, then they should deliver what they have promised. Otherwise, better not say anything about "fast withdrawals" if they can't provide it.

You just said the truth. If they are giving gamblers withdrawal issue in the early stage. Having no response from them is already a bad sign and if they continue to act like that. Much better to avoid playing for awhile when those issues still exist, because for sure that they can't afford to experience same issue especially that their representative seems became inactive now.

If they turn scam this is another painful incident that will remind people to play only on reputable casinos. Because its hard to deal with losses with less chance to get it back especially if the owner already go and stole the money of those people gamble in their casino.
