That's a problem when support is unresponsive and gives automated answers. Instead, the issue will not escalate, but with the current situation, it may lead to questions about their capabilities. And it will become a reason why gamblers will choose to leave rather than stay with them. In fact, if the casino promotes instant withdrawal, then they should deliver what they have promised.
