Update from my side: my withdrawal has been pending for 3 days. I contacted live chat multiple times and every time I get the same response: “Your withdrawal will be completed , soon as possible our Finance team will let you know by your email please , we are sorry for inconvenience.”

Update from my side: my withdrawal has been pending for 3 days. I contacted live chat multiple times and every time I get the same response: “Your withdrawal will be completed , soon as possible our Finance team will let you know by your email please , we are sorry for inconvenience.”
I hope the casino resolves your problem soon, and in my opinion, they won't just let themselves be ruined like that. Maybe they're dealing with other matters, just wait a bit more and they'll give you updates immediately. Otherwise, if it reaches 1 week and it's still not resolved, it will surely affect the image of their gambling casino, because if they're having this much difficulty resolving this, it's certain they won't last long in the crypto gambling business.

I tried registering with your casino, but I could not continue any further as my phone number was requested after I had used my email at the very beginning. Is that the only way to access your casino? Maybe you should make it optional and not demand both the number and email at the same time upon registering, as players would not be comfortable with such.
However I tried singing up on your casino using my email but I got stuck when it asked for my phone number before I could continue is that the only way to register I feel it would be better if the phone number was optional because some players might not be comfortable sharing both their email and phone number during registration.

And it will become a reason why gamblers will choose to leave rather than stay with them. In fact, if the casino promotes instant withdrawal, then they should deliver what they have promised. Otherwise, better not say anything about "fast withdrawals" if they can't provide it. If the casino does not address this as quickly as possible, this will send them to another scam issue.

I would suggest steering clear of this casino for now until they've processed these pending withdrawals from these users. My contact with them is no longer responding, either. The last message I got from him was that the project team (WinsRoyal) hadn't responded to him due to holidays, and that was still in January. No idea if these guys are still around, working on the platform, or if they already bounced off.
