Argentina has an inflation rate of above 190%, and that's because it's a country with a struggling economy, and there are a lot of such countries out there.

Because if you are talking about super high inflation of the pandemic period, then no that is not going to happen that often, but if you are talking about something that is low, then yeah inflation will always exist at some level or not.

Inflation, from my POV, will always be a thing. There is no way the value of a currency will remain stagnant, and as long as the value of the currency is changing, inflation will always be present. Inflation only becomes a problem when it increases too fast over a short period. If inflation increases to 2.5 per cent from 2 per cent in two years, then that is not a problem. It shows a progressive economy, but when it increases to 8 per cent from 2 per cent in two years, then there is a serious problem.
