Let's be realistic casino's can not set winnings that will be above there pay cheque,is a system and everything they do has a minimum level of winning and maximum level of winning.so I believe is a business so they can't afford to set up a system to loss so much they can't afford to pay.

I was just answering the question "What if?" Well, it might happen, but it's rare because casinos set a limit on the amount that can be won. Sometimes it happens if there is a problem in their system. But in the case it happens, you can claim the prize and make the casino pay for it even if it's not paid in full instantly. Of course, I will take it, at least they will fulfill their words. Anyway, we can file a case if not.

As long as it is a legit casino, they will do it. But if that is from an illegal casino, that will be a big problem.

Besides that, it rarely happens that a gambler wins a big amount. But casinos will prepare the money for a gambler who wins that big money. They can pay the money but if they don't have the full amount to pay you, they may ask to pay periodically so you should understand their situation. As long as they still pay you all the winnings, that will not be a problem. They can still operate their casino and make a profit but they can also shutdown their business temporarily or forever.

I don't think such thing can ever happen currently because no casinos company is poor, they are all well to do and capable to the task. And secondly, all the bet or stakes been placed are systematically checked before even printed out for the users to see their total amount to be won, their is no way they will approve what they know we be a problem to  them.  As a matter of fact have never had or seen a situation were someone won and the casinos were not able to pay them their money, I don't think it can happen.

I agree, but we have seen some cases where casino refused to pay. It's rare for casino not to pay , just as you said, it's a systemic payment and they have a benchmark for an amount to pay, most times we gamblers don't pay attention to policy and terms and conditions. Some casinos do State their potential amount to pay in these policies but who will have the time to go through it. As a gambler after singup into any casino app, ensure your read their terms to avoid issues.

Ive seen this happen before, but from my knowledge this only really happens to casinos that don't have proper limits or a proper licensing. As a regulated casino wouldn't let you run into this problem as they simply just wont approve a bet that would put them in a position were they couldn't payout.

But now if a big win does happen on a legit site, they will still pay it even if it has to be in instalments. The only time things can actually go bad is if an unregistered or even small casino doesnt actually have the bankroll.

So basically just choose a legit casino and this will never happen to you.

In fact, not every casino will allow such bets. If a person bet too much money they can also lose because the casino will never give all their money to a gambler. So definitely never support such a bet and will never happen in the future. But if you want, you can make long term bets using small amount of money without taking too much and make money. Many people prefer long-term betting plans. If for some reason something like this happens I don't think they will be victimized to pay so their casinos or betting platforms may disappear. So we should always be careful and pay attention to our money.

I think any Casino that closes down just because a player won a large amount of money that they can't afford to pay is a scam casino, of course they can't afford to pay it and the option they choose is to stop operating, but before that I think the casino has already set everything up so maybe they will limit the maximum amount that a player can win, but that doesn't apply to all casinos or types of games either so maybe there is a chance that we can win an amount that the casino can't pay.

I don't think that such a situation can accure in a reputable casino because everything is automated and you cannot be able to win what they cannot pay you. They will have to let you know your limit that you can win to avoid any issues, I am sure that you cannot even be able to make such crazy bets. I don't know about casinos that have not gained reputation but I have never heard that somebody won a huge amount and a renowned casino will not be capable to pay such amounts. They should be able to pay wins inorder to maintain their integrity because they are have the money.

Some years back someone won a big amount of money and posted about it on this forum, he said he is worried that they won't be able to pay him that amount of money, later I lost the track.

He said the casino promised to pay him every 24/7 but it is a shame that I don't know how this ended, I have not won any crazy amount that would make a casino want to pay me over time but I have read about it alot.

If the casino is a big one on par with Stake you best believe that you will get every penny, some casinos will intentionally put some useless blames on the winner to avoid coughing up the money.

So if they accept a bet that has the potential to win a million, even with just a 1% chance, that basically means they have the bankroll to cover it, right? I don’t really see why OP is worried. We have a lot of reputable casinos around here, and even $1 million isn’t that big for them, they have way more than that moving in and out of their platforms every day.

There are times like that, I saw this case, when the player won a big win but the casino did not want to pay and instead played unnecessary drama and instead threw accusations at the gambler.

He did not get paid from the place he played and the case ii seems to be still unfinished, therefore for us it is important to choose a large casino or bookie and of course it is very reliable in giving big wins to its customers,

and certainly before everything spreads, the casino will accuse, instead of investigating the bets you make.

I don't believe on those stories, most gamblers are just using those things as an excuse after making a mistake in the gambling site. This is correct, i believe these casinos will have maximum amount that you can be able to win, if your potential winning is more than their maximum. These casinos are rich and are making much gain from it i don't think they will want to tannish their reputation by not paying a gambler who won a game after losing severally. Sportbook will never give you a win that they can not afford to pay, because for every amount you are staking with, the system that they have setup will calculate your potential win based on the odd of the game, if the amount you are staking with is above the bookie's maximum staking amount, I don't think they will allow you to make that bet.

They will allow the bet to go through, reason because, the bigger the odds, the easier you stand chances of loosing the bet. Sportsbook allows you bet, and if luckily you win they only pay out what they listed as their maximum payout.

Every casino that is legit will have there maximum payout at standby, even new casinos that are still attracting customers usually have funds saved someplace incase of early huge wins.

Sometimes it may  not be that they can not afford to pay, but they may just get greedy and not want to path with huge amounts. They get to keep back the money for themselves because they think it is too much to give to a bettor.

If that happens at a small and fairly new casino, they usually pull some drama to deny your payout or even shut the casino down altogether. And you probably won’t find any way to get your winnings back if that small casino decides to shut down their business claiming they went bankrupt. But if it happens at a big, reputable casino like Stake, you’ll get your big win without issues.

And secondly, if the casino isn't advanced enough and allowed you to place such bet and you won, what they normally will do is pay you the winning in installments, it could be weekly installments or monthly installment, it all depends on how much the casino is making as profit on weekly and or monthly basis..
