I suspect I might have been scammed by a 3rd party payment merchant on bcgame.
On November 9 I made 3 fiat withdrawals in PLN using BLIK payment method. For those of you who don't know, BLIK is a payment method that works in Poland which allows for instant money transfers between all banks operating in Poland using the recipients phone number. Usually, I would get the money into my banking app within seconds of bcgame marking the transaction as successful.
Well, this time around all of the transactions have been marked as successful and it's been 5 days now and I still haven't received my money. I submitted 3 tickets, one for each transaction, but they are not responding to the tickets. I talked to many people on discord, who were in the same situation and claim that their tickets got "resolved", with bcgame's support just closing them and referring to a fake invoice generated by the 3rd party merchant, not really bothered by the mass of evidence provided by people who submitted the tickets.
I have decided to reach out to @holydarkness, since I saw he helps people who have problems with this casino. Hello @holydarkness . Thanks for the tip, I am indeed a newbie to this forum. Replying to your question, no I haven't clicked, nor do I see any speed up button on bcgame. I could only submit a ticket, and now I can't really do anything else with these transactions.
