see where it shows transaction succesfull on top green area that was PHonpe app for transaction upi and u can see transaction successful 6:32 pm and on the bc game panel it shows failed but u can see order created 6:32 pm thats when i made transaction through bc game payment gateway
i try to contact them on X they blocked me i mailed them on every mail they have still no reply , after ticket was failed i re raised ticket now its still in processing with no update , last time had same issue 1000Rs deposit re raise tickey even after 2 month no resolution that was on another account ammount was not that big so i dont want to take hasssle but now amount is large and they doing same scam,they say merchant not recieved ,even my bank confirms merchant recieved the payment ,its not that i made payment from outside bc game ,done payment with same methd still got that issue .i told to verify via upi and UTR instead they gave me same replies over and over again
