Compulsory leadership training before occupying a position.

Looking at the style of leadership from some persons that i have come across, i think most of them are missing it, and that comes with questions?
I wonder why some people who are occupying meaningful positions are seeing it as their own personal position, but before going further i think we should know exactly what leadership is all about.

LEADERSHIP is the capacity to influence guid, and inspire people to achieve a common goals. Leadership is not only handling a position but the values you created.

Below are the good qualities of a good leader and you must be perfectly ok in all the qualities before been regarded as a good leader.

1. SERVICE
2. COMMUNICATION
3. VISION
4  INFLUENCE
5. CHARACTER.

I think i am going to throw lights on the aspects of number (5) because i think this is where most of our leaders are missing it or getting it wrong.

CHARACTER: this is where people see you through and George you for all you do, that is why i would say that if you don't want to be known for who you are don't aspire for anything public office, more especially if your character stick.
Character is like a pregnant woman, you can only hide your character for a while, it must surely manifest.
So i think before occupying meaningful positions such person should undergo a serious training on how to handle situations of things.

Assuming that there is a leadership training and it is mandatory for them to undergo it before they can get the position they seek, this politicians won’t have any problem going for it.
Leadership training won’t help, this leaders has undergone several training, formed organizations where they can lead well but all that wont hide their real characters.

Some people just assume that a leader is a position that command authority alone thereby disregarding other traits which makes no sense, well change is constant cause I've seen people with good intentions assume leadership positions and change cause they carried away by much authority they command.

 Being a leader command respect because it a position that's very influential but a leader should be one with a good character and can inspire people.

Leadership is a propagation that leads a group of communities or group towards the directions that's to actualize a common goal.
A true leader must have interpersonal potentials and must be influential in governance but loyal to their subjects and must be proactive to figure errors and fix them with the utmost being of satisfying the people's wellness.
Also one whose obligations must carry everyone in his cabinet along without sentimental breaches and also not hijacking the privilege as a leader to suffocate his subjects.
