There's no need to mention $100k, Bitcoin could even bounce back to its all-time high or even exceed it. It just takes time for Bitcoin to recover. If investors are ready to re-enter, we'll see the price of Bitcoin begin to rise again as demand and market confidence increase.

While it may seem difficult right now, it's possible that Bitcoin will return to its all-time high or even higher. The most important thing is to be patient and not panic amidst this market volatility.
Many people believe we are gradually entering a bear market. Therefore, they say it could take a long time to return to the $100k target. Is that really the case?
Currently accumulating around $85-90k, it could suddenly jump to $100k, or it could go even lower. Reaching $100k again doesn't seem impossible,
it could happen in a short time. It has been surpassed several times before, and it could be surpassed again.

In the long run, yes we'll definitely see 100k again. But in the short term, 100k might not come. If we've entered a new bear market, it could take a long time for this cycle to finish. We might see more downside and even test a new low over at least the next year. If you ask me whether we'll see 100k again within 5 years, I'd say yes without hesitation. But whether we get back to 100k within a year, I can't say that for sure. From years of experience, I've learned not to look at Bitcoin's price emotionally. I see dips as buying opportunities. I'm not bothered by the price going down.

Still looking bad, today not helping and todays trade clearly below the weekly moving average which wasn't that great to begin with.
Some believe this concept of a xmas rally, basically its just another name for light volume helps all 'stocks' or in this case assets appreciate in price, mostly a lack of selling which will resume in the new year anyhow.
Its badly named as half the world doesn't even have a xmas in their ethnicity but its real on the volume front being quite different around end of year.  I also think end of year is a tax event that can disrupt trends, also alot of funds report at year end to their holders perhaps hence some buying from that temporarily.

Not sure on the rally for that reason but dollar is not strong, I think we do test properly some bullish case for BTC but if that fails it can sell alot more it sure looks like.

It's a number that has already been surpassed several times, so it's not impossible at all. We just need to be patient and watch people say we're heading into a bearish season, so we don't know when we'll be back at 100k.

It's just a matter of time and even if we are in a bear market later when the bitcoin price returns to 50k then we will return to a higher price than ATH just maybe we need a longer time. But when we are really in a bear market, I hope we can all make good use of that moment by accumulating more bitcoin.

With the rate of $89000 worth for one Bitcoin to $90000, can it go back to how it was I really missed it that way a $100k for one Bitcoin I want to know what are the criteria for Bitcoin to rise back to how it was a $100k . Is it going to drop less than this or appreciate back to a $100k. What's holding it to rise back because I strongly believe it will definitely bounce back to $100k
It's possible for Bitcoin to return to $100,000 or even more, as its all-time high last November was quite high. We can see how quickly Bitcoin's price has moved up, and its decline has also been rapid. I think Bitcoin is experiencing a correction, which is quite normal for its decline. We'll see next year whether Bitcoin will fall or rise. My prediction is that Bitcoin will rise again to $100,000 or even more.

Can't believing with bitcoin dump and pump faster recently after break out to $90k above last three days ago looks easily for bitcoin drastically dump until $85k. Just few hours only bitcoin have been raise higher price last three days ago suddenly drop significant without need longer time, seeing current price of bitcoin easily hit to $90k just waiting right moment only for bitcoin bounce back to $100k but many time bitcoin already break out to $95k get decline and down again under $86k.
Before bounce back to $100k I think right moment to accumulate many bitcoin exactly at downtrend moment great opportunity to buy back, I started accumulate bitcoin during downtrend moment when bitcoin dropping to $80k and spent out around 30% of my salary for buying bitcoin. I am not the same viewed with the other get panic moment during bitcoin have dropped to lower price and not brave to buy back bitcoin already touched support price.

Nothing is certain now, we don't know how the new year will start, it's still below $90K, and it looks like it may take a long time to get back above $100K. So we have to be patient, it might not show any positive changes in the first half of the new year, but it is likely to continue to grow. Next year I hope it can make an ATH of $150K.

According to coingecko the price of BTC now $88,247.60. We have seen that every time the price has come out after the fall, it has touched a new ATH. So there is a high possibility that the price of a Bitcoin will be from $90000 to $10000. And the price may return to its previous value. And I hope that in the new year i.e. 2026 when the price of Bitcoin starts to rise, it will reach a new high.

We can only hope for that by 2026 because when that year comes, that's the expected bear for the whole crypto market.

But nothing is impossible at that time because talks about breaking the cycle is there and that's also possible.

Although not to butt in anyone's hope, don't be so expecting by that year comes and just bear with however it goes and whatever price it shows.

Hugely depends on the market sentiment but that does happen a lot but I will not be confident with the next rally until MA99 crosses MA25 because historically from the chart, that's when the sentiment flipped and everybody become bullish again.
As for now, the price can still go down a bit further because the buying pressure felt pretty weak and heading on support retest.

From image above MA99 and M25 crossing still far.

Yeah, let keep hoping for better as we expect the worst, too much expectation can cause depression, don't expect too much from Bitcoin expect you have made of your mind to hold for like 10 years, but if you keep eye on a certain Year to sell , you will be disappointed because never can actually the price of Bitcoin in a year to come.

I'm certain Bitcoin will do well next year, but it might not be at his first Quarter, we might see some high price within the third quarter of 2026, many investors will spend this Christmas and January on family and business, investment plan will be on the second to third quarters. Before the end of 2026, the price will be higher than $126k, Bitcoin will hit ATH next year too.

Nobody really knows the exact timing but Bitcoin moving between 89k and 90k is not weak at all, Price usually needs consolidation before another leg up, what matters is demand ETFs holding supply and market sentiment, if macro conditions calm down and buyers step in again 100k is realistic.

In the near future, it doesn't seem like it will be easy to get back to $100k. Many predict the possibility of a deeper decline, and I think that will happen, although the market movement will be quite slow.
But we don't need to worry; the price is likely to return to $100k, but maybe not in the short term. We need to be more patient. For this year, it seems difficult. Let's see what opportunities might arise for next year.

Well, let's hope for the best by next year.

While we have an idea of what might comes next after this bull run. Because we have the data of it in the past and this 4-year cycle is about to enter the bear again.

many investors will spend this Christmas and January on family and business, investment plan will be on the second to third quarters. Before the end of 2026, the price will be higher than $126k, Bitcoin will hit ATH next year too.
Those are few seasons that the world has but it won't dictate the overall performance of how Bitcoin will be by 2026.

Currently, we don't know whether we are in a bear market or we are still bull run. But with the current Bitcoin market and how Bitcoin has been misbehaving, it is showing signs of a bear market. I would say that if it is true that we are in a bear market, I am not expecting Bitcoin to go back to $100k again. It may just hit $100k and still drop again. However, many people are still bullish about Bitcoin, and they are expecting Bitcoin to recover its all time high, which is also possible. So for now, I can really say this is where the Bitcoin market is going.

I still have confidence that whether we have entered a bear market or not, Bitcoin will one day recover. It may take some period of time, but surely it will recover and even hit another all-time high. I am not ready to sell my Bitcoin now, and that is why I am not bothered about the current market.

The upside potential exists as long as Bitcoin remains above $80,000. We're clearly seeing Bitcoin persist and continue to try to break through the $90,000 level to further increase its price. $100,000 is the target that must be reached if Bitcoin is to return to its peak price and establish a new ATH. However, it seems that this won't be easy, as the current situation is in a fairly prolonged sideways trend.

2026 is a hope for many. As long as Bitcoin maintains its momentum, institutional and retail adoption will be strong in 2026. Many analysts also say that Bitcoin's four-year cycle will end at least in 2026 after establishing a new ATH.

But if you use your common sense to analyze the current price, you will know that for the price to increase to $100k before 31st of this month is possible because the price is still close to $100k already,  I have that confidence that the price will touch $110k before the massive bearish season will begin to flow to cause majority of buyers to begin to accumulate bitcoins for long term purpose, since buyers and sellers are the major people that change the price of market, it will be difficult for the price to decrease to $50k this year but it will definitely touch that stage before third month of next year 2026.

Sure bitcoin is going to bounce back to $100k, but nobody knows when thats going to happen. Bitcoin hitting $100k is something thats not even going to take time, bitcoin price has already passed the price before, there was just a dip in the market, that’s why bitcoin is currently at the current price.

Bitcoin might not be able to cross $100k this year, but I think that’s what we going to achieve next year, I won’t even be surprise if we end up achieving another all time high by next year, but we just have to be patient, and keep on holding, everyone is making speculations but nobody is sure about what’s going to happen.

Your prediction seems plausible to me, I think and have said several times that Bitcoin will reach $100,000 by this December. We have seen Bitcoin hovering between $80,000 and $90,000 and even $95,000 for quite some time, but reaching $100,000 is not far off. If market conditions improve a bit, Bitcoin will be able to reach $100,000. Since there is still more than a week left until the end of December, I predict that Bitcoin will reach $100,000. However, I am not giving any assurances that Bitcoin will reach $50,000 next year because the 2026 price may hold better conditions.

Indeed, many people are saying that the bear market has begun, but there are also those who say that the bull market is not over yet. However, I predict that the bear market has begun, and I believe that the decline in the price of BTC to below $100k is a sign that the bear market has begun. If, for example, the price of BTC is above $100k, say $110,000, then the bull market is not over yet. It seems that we must be prepared to see the price of BTC fall. But actually, I hope that the bull market is not over yet because I want to see the price of BTC rise again and set a new all-time high.

I also predict that even if BTC reaches $100k in the near future, once it hits $100k, it will definitely fall again, and many people will take profits if BTC rises to $100k again, making it difficult for BTC to rise above $100k again. However, in the future, BTC will certainly have the potential to rise even higher and will definitely set a new all-time high again, but of course, it will take a long time to recover. However, investors who hold BTC for the long term will certainly not be confused because they plan to hold BTC for the long term. I also don't think I will sell my BTC at this time because I will hold it for the long term.
