Teaching a newbie how to invest in Bitcoin is best done at any time. I can't speak for the altcoin, aka shitcoin, which mostly don't have a future because the intention was to take investors as prey, especially those called degen, who 95% of them disappear off the market while the investors and holders are in losses.
Now, let me discuss Bitcoin. The newbie can learn about it, but they must be made aware of the volatility of the market and the fact that everything will be alright if they decide to hold rather than sell out of fear.

There is no proper time when to teach new comers about investing, even in bear market you can teach them how to invest, and also in bull  run, they experience those both and they would learn a lot, about the situation, the most important thing that should teach them about investing is when to take profit, and when to invest, because it will decide if they will become successful, most people never teach them how to have or get the capital when the price or what they have invested in is already profitable, they ended losing every thing when the market crash.

If you want to teach a newbie to invest, make sure that he is ready to take the risk first and foremost. That should be the most important thing, otherwise you may be accountable for his future losses and receive the blame. Second, educate him about the different seasons in the market and those opportunities they will offer. I don’t like teaching people about bitcoin when the market is in bull run. If you teach people about bitcoin during that period, then you just going to be talking about the profits which you making, and most of them will think when they investing or trading, they just going to be making profits, and won’t lose even if you decide to tell them about loss, most of them won’t believe you, and they just going to think you don’t want them to invest in bitcoin or trade.

When you teach people about bitcoin during the bear market, they really going to understand what investment is all about, they going to know that they can lose money, so whatever they are doing, they going to be doing it with caution. When introducing anyone to bitcoin, they should know about profits and loss, so that whenever they investing and bear market comes in, they won’t really panic.

The best time to teach a newbies is when he wants to learn about it, for a long time I always says for someone that investing in crypto is going to be a long time thing, its not going to be easy that they think, most of the newbies think that it is just going to be an easy money, because they just wanted to earn a huge amount without realizing a lot of things in the market. No one reached me anything, I had to use google to find answers to anything that I want, newbies should be able to do the same, internet and smartphones are everywhere this days, it takes only few seconds to start doing research online and find answers to everything, I will never sit down a newbie and teach them how to invest when they can do it themselves.

I am used to telling newbies to find answers online, if they are lost somehow they can use Google to their advantage, security means keeping your mouth shut, at times they don't come for knowledge about blockchain and crypto but information about your achievements so far, anyone who ask me about blockchain is a first suspect, why ask when you know how to browse the Internet. yes there is no time that isn't  right for investing in bitcoin . It is only when the idea of trading or of making quick profit that is when we should look at time. However, if we are investing with the mindset of holding for a long term, there is no time that isn't right for investing. Infact it will be a waste of opportunity for waiting for a bear market before we start buying. The thing is if the discretionary income is there then we are good to go.

In fact I’d even preferably say or suggest that this is the best time to teach newbies about bitcoin, now that the market is in red, so that they can see that bitcoin isn’t a bed of roses and that the market can crash at anytime, and that investors should prepare themselves more for times like this. Because the reason why a lot newbies end up failing in the bitcoin market is due to lack of adequate emotional preparation, always expecting the market to be in the green and when that doesn’t happen, they become emotional and start making bad choices.

Let me share something here with us. I remember being taught Forex Trading for the first time in 2005 on a Saturday. It was a paid practical class. I didn't see anything wrong with that then until I got deeply into trading. It was then I realized it was wrong. Nobody who knows what they're doing will teach FX on a Saturday when there's no active trading going on. Obviously, what the dude who taught us did was to hide behind past data to teach that class. It was a wrong move because that timing was wrong but I didn't know better then.

It's the same way that teaching anything regarding money as in investment and cryptocurrency confuses and bores in most cases. So, one has to pick a moment that can excite and make it come alive to keep the attention span. It's like teaching toddlers and adolescents. You don't expect them to have the same level of grasp and attention span. Toddlers will have a shorter span and can easily abandon whatever they're being taught for play once the span (usually round 10 mins) runs out.

On the discourse at hand, I wrote as someone who has taught Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies to a lot of greenhorns. It's from such experiences that I drew my conclusion.

I think all these things needed to be known by the people you seem to call newbies. Investing in any crypto asset can be risky if someone does not have the understanding on how the crypto market is moving and this can be a big problem if the price of any of these assets start falling. A person that doesn't understand what's happening might think that the person that introduced them to crypto want to steal their money. This is why it's important to tell people and educate them very well before investing in anything cryptocurrency.
People are happy to see their investments go up but when it's falling, people start complaining.

I don't think there is a specific time we're is started to learn, and the person in position to make that decision is the newbie because theh know when it is right for then to learn, that will be better because,  that is when you will know if they are serious or not,  and they should know that bitcoin is the best time they can invest in Bitcoin since the price is down they might not really have an exuse of not investing. And if if they have the intention of buying at a higher price they can still buy through the aid of DCA.

All depends on how serious they are because, they have to be ready infact when it comes to investing in bitcoin it should not be that you are forcing anyone to buy. Because if anything should happen they will put there blame on you so it is better to avoid blaming, when they decide on there own then it is better that way, instead of trying to force them to invest. Also they have to research before concluding if they are interested or not.

Anytime can be the best time to teach beginners about investing. The most important thing is how we provide enlightenment knowledge or insight first. Once they have a complete understanding of both the risks and benefits, then we can teach them the next step, namely purchasing Bitcoin assets.

If they get a down cycle like this one, they are more profitable in this case they buy at the lowest price in a volatile market. and most importantly, don't delay making your first purchase for beginners so they can experience the volatility that can change at any time. This is what they have to feel and in the future they will get used to facing situations like this and they will definitely see a golden opportunity for accumulation when an extreme decline occurs.
