In Nigeria poor people are always been oppressed by the rich people when it comes to the issues of legislation but as a less privilege, that doesn't give you guarantee to oppress yourself more because, there some certain situation where power and wealth doesn't favour the rich people sometimes.

i have seen a case between one poor man and legislative, despite the power of the legislative has, he didn't win the case over the poor man. So, in any situation you found yourself despites been a less privilege, don't hesitate to speak out because silence can kill fast and depression is real.

However in Nigeria it often feels like the poor are always on the losing side especially when money and power enter legal matters but being less privileged does not mean you should add your suffering by keeping quiet there are times when wealth and influence don’t get their way.
I have seen a case where a poor man stand up against a powerful lawmaker and still win that alone show that speaking out can make a difference no matter where you find yourself in life don’t let fear silence you keeping everything inside can break you slowly and depression is real your voice maybe all you have but it still matters.

I always believe that no matter how bad the eggs in the container is definitely there will still have good ones among them, it is very difficult to find the entire institution corrupt definitely they are still good people that are willing no matter the challenges they are facing, they will stand by the truth and that is what exactly happened to this poor man, I will say is Victory came because God help him to have a good judge, if not he will even be punish for filing case against a legislative number.

Speak out always favor the majority but sometimes if you speak out in a wrong environment no one will listen to you, in this Nigeria poor masses are facing a lot when it comes to Justice, sometimes they will speak out and their Voice will not be here, but what really matter is that we shouldn't keep quiet continue until you get Justice.

Before now, the common man is hopeful to win a case when he or she goes to court. They believe the court would deliver judgement based on the true picture of a matter; and for this reason the court protects the common man from intimidation and oppression. But today in Nigeria, the reverse is now the case. As a common man ,even when you are right, taken your matter to the court is like a waste of time; more especially when you are making case with a rich person. Judgement would be overturned and you are going to loose that case.

A country with this kind of legal sector can never succeed. Where the right of a common person would be denied just because he or she has no money to bribe a judge to deliver judgement in his favour.
This is not common especially in the developed countries. Look at the case of Ike Ekweremadu, he was sentenced to 9yrs imprisonment with his wife in UK. If it were to be in Nigeria, that matter would have been overturned and he would have been freed.

Our Judiciary should ensure to maintain their integrity when delivering a judgement. They should be able to deliver judgement based on the true picture of a matter and avoid taking bribe and overturning matter against an innocent person. If only our Judiciary can ensure true and fair judgement to every citizen of this country Nigeria irrespective of the status of the person involved, I believe this country will be great .
Let’s be real, when people start seeing the court as a place where money and influence matter more than truth then there is a problem for such a country. Justice is supposed to protect the weak not the powerful ones but in this country, reverse is the case and that is why comparing the case of ike ekweremadu in the UK stands out amongst others. It actually shows what happens when no one is above the law. If I’m Nigeria the court cannot guarantee fairness then the people will lose completely and take matters into there own hands. And when this kind of things happen, things gets even more worse.

man that has nothing winning case in Nigeria was in the past and not now that the judicial sector can be bought with money, in Nigeria now the poor are never for any reason right in the side of the law instead the case will be adjoined till you get fed up on the matter.  If a poor man stood against powerful layers and won the case in Nigeria i will say may be god just wanted to extend his helping hands because if it where to be in the Nigeria i know too well the judicial body must definitely call black red and red white all because money is involved.

Speaking up is a great virtue not everyone has it that's why we must commend those that have the courage to speak up in spite of the challenges and intimidation they face by the oppressed class. Is not everyone that can stand firm to defend their rights in this country where the judge and the law only favored the rich people.

In this country the rich brag so much with the judiciary, when they offend you instead of them to do that's right they will ask you to ,go to court because they know they can buy the judge and get judgement. In spite of anything speak up don't let your voice be silent by the oppressed, we must speak to expose their evil plan even if they win it be recorded you speak against it.

No wonder most lawyers in the country will say it is the court of law and not the court of truth. The ruling class in the country have hijacked all sectors of the country most especially the judiciary sector, it’s practically difficult for a poor man to hire the services of a lawyer in this country talk more of winning a case. When the judiciary sector is not independent as they receive gifts from government agencies, they get car gifts, housing and other services from the ruling class so you don’t expect to get justices from such people.

Every arm of government for Nigeria done they bought by the incumbent government. See how the president can wake up and decide to sack any chief of force, even suspend a governor of a state. There is currently no place that politics hasn't corrupted and they are mainly in control by those in line with Tinubu.

Because of all positions have been bought, including court of justice, any candidate competing for Presidency doesn't stand a chance against Tinubu in the upcoming election, worst is that some Nigerians can still be bought.

The Nigerian judiciary system is the peak of corruption in Nigeria, it is a place where the politicians use to protect themselves against any evil that they have committed. For example, if an election is conducted and the opponent  feels he was cheated goes to court to seek redress and justice the ruling party will bribe the judge and the case will be ruled in their favor against the complainant, justice has never prevailed in Nigeria through the judiciary, it's such a pity.

Imagine if the case of the former deputy senate president Ike Ekeweremadu was in Nigeria court, he would have paid his way out within 24hours of his arrest, infact he won't have been arrested once he tips the police officers, the court we have here is for the rich and not for the poor, the rich gets away with any crime they commit while the poor gets punished. The judiciary is part of the problem Nigeria is facing because they have sold their conscience to the politicians because of money and it will only get better if the judiciary could show some level of integrity and fairness in their judgements be it for the rich or poor.

That's the reality we find ourselves in Nigeria, and this further explains that we have no way out except by divinity. If the common man can no longer survive evil doings from the rich or there oppressors when they go to the court, how then do we survive?, how then will there voice be heard and justice served. It's a pity that we keep falling day by day, year after year. Nigeria, one of tye greatest countries in Africa is becoming the least gradually due to selfishness of our leaders, corruption and so many other evil vices. It is becoming too bad, and we need a change, and it's now. Who will save us??

Since when APC take over di government na so everything on every corner just dey bad. Wike wey be PDP join APC and buy all the judges in Abuja, build them houses na so all them malfunction and since then Wike never loss any case in the country. The common man to pay tax and if you go to court, court go still support those big people na so common man just dey on their own. When fuel hit N177 in Goodluck time protest here and there and now fuel is N1300 plus and everyone is muted.
I dey always dey in tears any time wey matter concerning our bad government dey on ground and at the end of the day I will end up having headache, something I wish that things become better but the worst is the case, the country is going backwards nothing good to write home about, politicians are fighting for power neglecting their obligations and the citizens are the ones suffering it while they take their families abroad, no pride and dignity people selling their conscience and indulging in bribery and corruption, the only hope of a common man is that things become better.

Yes there are cases where the system still works and a poor person can win which shows it’s not completely lost. This kind of example gives people hope and reminds the people not to stay silent but at the same time I think the reality of many people is different. A lot of average Nigerians still feel like justice depneds on money, influence or who you know. That’s why people lose trust in the system in the first place so I will say both things can be true because there are moments when justice can prevail but the system does not feel consistently fair enough for people to rely on fully. So staying silent is not the answer because Hope still exist in the sustem but until fairness becomes consistent, people will keep doubting it.

Our judicial system has failed us and today I can say there is no justice for the common man, since money now rules the country.
Money is power, any man with money can overpower justice. So many citizens are in jail paying for crimes they are not guilty of because there is no justice and even real culprits of crimes go Scott-free as long as they have people backing them up with money.
I pray Nigeria should not happen to anyone because without money, you have no power and can loose your life as an innocent citizen.

Our judiciary system has been corrupt long before Bola Ahmed Tinubu became the president, it's just that the Tinubu government opened everyone's eyes to see how corrupt our judiciary system is. If you have any problem in Nigeria and you know anyway you could solve the problem peacefully and get what you want, there's no need to seek for justice in the law court because you could end up not getting the justice you seek for as our judicial system is for the highest bidder.

In Nigeria, the system can be stacked against the poor, but it's powerful to speak out. Your story about the poor man winning against the legislative shows justice can prevail.
Silence can be deadly, voice matters, Power and wealth don't always guarantee outcomes, in Nigeria Depression can be sometime real, that why is well say not to suffer in silence.

Justice can prevail in a country that has the most transparent system of judiciary not the case of Nigeria, once you are poor and you take any matter to court and it's against the rich or political class just forget about it because you are not going to get the desired justice because the rich will definitely bribe his way out of the case so it's very difficult to get justice in this country that's why even when elections are rigged and it's taken to the court we never get justice to overturned a rig results for the rightful person that won the election due to corruption and injustice from the legislative.

Justice only prevails when the rich is involved and it's against the poor that when you will realize that the court is powerful. The court that was once assumed as the hope of the common Man is against the common Man, the judiciary system has failed and filled with bribery and corruption so it's not a place where the common Man can get justice anymore.
