If you want feedback from grumpy old devs like me: lean harder into the exact threat model and where keys live. "We never store your keys" is nice marketing, but people here will want to know how seeds are generated, where they're held, what happens if EX365 goes down, and whether the whole thing can be re-created from backups plus the operator's seed. Also, the regulatory elephant in the room is on the operator's side, not yours, so it might help to say that out loud in the docs instead of just in the disclaimer.

1. Where the seed phrase lives and who can access it.

The seed phrase is generated by the system and handed to the operator once at creation.
After that, it is stored only by the operator.
On the EX365 side, the seed phrase is stored in encrypted form, and the platform has no technical ability to access the private key in plaintext.
We cannot use, export, or sign transactions on behalf of the operator.

2. What happens if EX365 goes down.

The operator retains full control over their funds because only they possess the seed phrase.
The wallet can be restored in any compatible application, and the operator can continue working with their funds independently of EX365’s availability.
The platform is non-custodial and does not store user assets.

3. How transactions are executed.

EX365 generates only the transaction parameters (including the unsigned transaction data/hash).
The actual signing is performed locally on the operator’s side — directly in their browser.
This ensures that the private key never leaves the operator’s device and is never transmitted to EX365 servers.
We do not participate in the signing process and cannot broadcast transactions on behalf of the operator.

4. Key compromise / recovery.

If an operator suspects key compromise, they can import the seed phrase into any compatible wallet, move the funds, and then generate a new wallet in the system.
EX365 is not involved in this process since it does not have access to the private key.

5. Fees and platform limitations.

EX365 does not charge any commission on crypto transactions because the platform does not have access to users’ private keys and therefore cannot technically take a percentage from signed transfers.
All fees paid during transfers are standard blockchain network fees, controlled entirely by the operator’s own wallet.
