Hello everyone,

I would like to request your permission to publish my manifesto, "The Open Constitutions Order", here on this forum. "The Open Constitutions Order" is a socio-legal system built entirely upon the Bitcoin philosophy of constructing systematic truth, trust, and unwavering force execution, applying it to the socio-legal plane. I am publishing it with the firm conviction that it represents the best possible way to achieve societal consensus in the realm of law, just as Bitcoin creates an uncompromising consensus in the realm of money. I am also convinced that the application of this order will bring a greater degree of justice to society, which many need or will need. I am releasing the manifesto in the form of links to texts in the Czech language. I believe that any interested party will be able to translate it into their native language without significant difficulty. I am releasing this document under the "Public domain" license.

I love manifesto lol, friend, could you create an English version please? This way you will be able to reach more people. Manual translations are not the same thing.

The most important thing about a constitution is that those who are leaders, obey the constitution.

How do we determine if the constitution is obeyed in all areas? There needs to be open communication among the people, and adjudication of anything that is questionable.

Leaders who have power, can say that they are obeying their constitution, even if they are not obeying it. Who will really contradict them, if they hold real dictatorial-like power?

This is the question any nation has to ask. Possibly the best way is to get all the little business-people to hold the power jointly. Why? Because they have enough power individually through their being able to run a business. Yet they are small enough to contradict any among them who wants to steal BIG power.

Difficult.
