However, he is up to age of gambling but due to how careless he is and he missed place his phone, this friend I am telling you about is that careless in terms of saving passwords and login details where he wasn't able to recover his login details. He asked if I can give him access to start using my gambling account to make prediction and bet on it. I'm surprised that you are asking such question. Let me ask similar questions. Do you think the sharing your debit card number and PIN code with a friend is safe? Do you think that giving your ID card to a friend is safe?   Do you think that giving your car keys to a drunk person is safe? I can go on and on. Sharing private information with anyone isn't safe. It doesn't matter if you are talking about your best friend ever or even a relative, like your brother or sister. I've seen family members getting into feuds and not talking to each other for years, after some of them shared secrets and personal info, which was not meant to be shared.

It is not advisable to share any of your login details with anyone in terms of getting access to your funds, no matter how close you are, how can the two of you use the same gambling account, there will be problem arising from there, also since he his very careless anything can happen to your phone or even your gambling account which you will regret your actions, there is nothing wrong not borrowing him your phone, maybe with this he might just learn to be more careful with his phone .

They just assume that it's just a casino account and not a bank or wallet password. What they don't know is that their KYC has been connected to the casino account which means it represents them. Any illegal activities would not be traced to the third party, but to you. The person you gave the password could equally grant access to another person. Yes, people shouldn't forget that it's part of the TOS that there should be no sharing of accounts. If the casino finds it out, who knows if they're going to release the remaining funds or not.

They have the right to confiscate and the gambler won't have any way of defending themselves if found guilty.

I think if you did continue to share your gambling account with him, there would likely be issues that would pop up that can cause a wider rift on your friendship. If he is one that gambles frequently, there is nothing stopping him from trying harder to recover his forgotten details or go ahead to create a new account with a new casino.
