During investment it comes with separate risks individually as you can't either asked someone to invest without them having that finance to pioneer their investment on bitcoin. Everyone is talking their own risk and if you lose you lose for yourself so I wouldn't suggest you to let newbie invest into what they don't know rather it would be that better for them to go through divert strategies to be able to scale name. Again, this forum is dip enough for you have all information that wanted to have but many people do not even make research.

I found a book called Mastering Bitcoin by Andreas M. Antonopolous released in 2014. It seems to have all the complete information a beginner one must need in order to really understand bitcoin.

I’m planning on making this thread kind of a reaction thread to the 240 something page of this book. If anyone has more recommendations or better suggestions for books one can read regarding bitcoin, I am open to it. I invite some beginners to also join me in this journey.  Grin

edit: removed the file as to not violate the licensing of the book

These are not books, but they're also good to prepare you, or any beginner/newbie, on your Bitcoin journey. I suggest reading the basic Bitcoin Developer Guides in, https://developer.bitcoin.org/devguide/index.html

Then for more advanced questions, go to Bitcoin Stack Exchange, https://bitcoin.stackexchange.com/

Plus there will be recommendations of books about Bitcoin and its Economic and Political side. I suggest avoiding them, and you should focus on the technical basics/fundamentals.
That is a good assistance you have just provided there, I think this will help a lot of beginners and learners here, it could serve as a guideline to something grate and extra-ordinary, the bitcoin basic developer fundamentals and I have gone through it and it have helped my Bitcoin journey as well and I have learnt so many things in a short period of time, well it’s obvious we can’t learn everything about Bitcoin all at once, Bitcoin is learnt gradually gradually, the most important thing is starting your investment and to be buying Bitcoin, when I started buying Bitcoin is just gradual process, sometimes individuals learn things and unlearn things

It's a good idea on wanting to gain mastery about bitcoin by doing more of your reading. It doesn't only end at reading,as your reading it's better you put to practice whatever you've read, there's this popular adage that says practice make perfect, for you to become perfect on whatever you're doing practical needs to play a crucial role. You can as well gain mastery of Bitcoin on this forum and on other online courses where enthusiasts educate people about bitcoin. So in essence,I wouldn't conclude on the aspect of not reading or making more research to expand your knowledge but don't neglect the aspect of practicing whatever you're learning.I wish you success on your journey of learning about Bitcoin.

Having the money to invest in Bitcoin is another aspect we need to look into apart from reading books about Bitcoin without having the finance to invest in Bitcoin after you have read several books on how to strategically invest in Bitcoin and make so much profits. These are just book we can read at any time to brighten our knowledge about Bitcoin investment, making decisions that works well.

If you don't have the money to invest in Bitcoin and yiu are reading so many books about Bitcoin investment, is that waste of time and resources? The wealthy people already have the money to invest and the know that what is going to stop them from investing in Bitcoin is money and that has been the major problem of people that are hoping of having their own Bitcoin.

You don't need to learn "everything", although that would be good, BUT just learn the technical fundamentals, and understand why the network's incentive structure makes the network stick together.

Once you learn THAT, you could truly identify which of the people in the forum are actually spreading disinformation about Bitcoin, and FUD.

People with different intention and plan for doing with their money and bitcoin will have to learn different things. If I simply want to buy bitcoin, store it safely for long term investment and it means I only plan to hold my bitcoin, I only need very basic knowledge. For example, which Bitcoin wallets to use for storing my bitcoin, how to get wallets safely to avoid phishing sites and fake wallet applications/ softwares, and how to create, back up and recover a wallet, that's very basic but almost enough for my investment. Remaining things to learn is how to receive, send bitcoins from that wallet, but again this is basic and very easy for learning.

For other people, they can learn about trading, about programming but Bitcoin does not force anyone to learn advanced knowledge about it. Do what is comfortable with you and matches with your need.

Personally, I disagree. A person who doesn't understand how, and why, Bitcoin's incentive structure actually works would be like investing in AAPL without doing basic research about the company.

Plus not knowing such things won't give you the belief to make you HODL. Bitcoin is this generation's tour de force. Research how and WHY it works.

Franklyn-wood you are correct, it is good to read and know about Bitcoin but you also need to have money to invest in Bitcoin because without money you cannot actually invest in Bitcoin there's no way around it, it's either you have money to invest in Bitcoin or you forget about Bitcoin investment because bitcoin investment can be done by accumulating Bitcoin and holding and we use money to accumulate and hold Bitcoin, so without having the money it is impossible to invest in Bitcoin.
I usually see some people say you can invest in Bitcoin without having finance I usually wonder what they are actually talking about because from what I know I use money to buy Bitcoin, so if you don't have money what will you be using to buy the Bitcoin?
I believe all of us here are matured and it is very important that we always tell ourselves the truth, when it comes to bitcoin investment you cannot do it without money let's stop deceiving newbies.
