Instead of changing fans did you try extractor ? I'm using 200mm one with a 3D printed adapter and it works really great, instead of 4 small fans doing crazy noise you're sitting with 30db
This is only worth doing to reduce noise. If your ASICs are in a place where noise doesn't matter, it's just an extra expense, and you'll lose mining time during installation. I wouldn't do it unless absolutely necessary, because you'd be making multiple ASICs depend on a single shared fan.

I guess this is only beneficial for those who want to get rid of noise only, also I will like it if you can share a picture on here just for a glance you know? Maybe it can be useful for another project or for some people on here..

You can always use something like this to reduce the noise and it has worked for many people already, there are reviews about them online and even few videos on YouTube too.

Pls kindly share the pic of the 3D printed adapter,  all for learning sake, thanks

This is my first time seeing someone using heat dispenser kinda with that blower at the same time, wow, i am wondering how good they both would work together, all i can do is wonder....shame....

how is the noise on those 3 PSU fans? do they make anything to quiet those down? or are they not that bad?

I am currently running into a problem, not hardware issue but the environment, I am living in a very small room and the miners heat is something else, is there a less costly way to get the heat out ?

I tried searching for answers online and someone send me this solution on reddit but it's been days of me asking about how to get my hands on this items but they never come online again that is why I decide to come on here to ask if anyone knows about them

My room do have windows and I don't mind using this technique to put the heats away. I need the names for (1) and (2) and also where to get them.

Have you checked the following marketplaces? You might get good products there too. D-Central Technologies, you can contact them and show them the image above or buy new one from amazon. The prices are different and depend on the capacity of the mining devices.

I advis you to contact them or check those general marketplaces to get it since they are dealing with hardware for mining too.

The photo shows a test setup for verification.
It’s difficult to eliminate noise when you have several such devices, so I choose a location where I can install them. My equipment is housed in the basement of a private house, my neighbours haven’t complained so far.

The APW12 is silent, Bitmain rates it at 45dBA I would not say from my experience that is that silent but it's between desktop on mid load and fridge noise.
That blower is rated by the manufacturer at 68 decibels so.....it won't help those.

Noise levels are logarithmic, but the silencer is just turning a vacuum cleaner into a hair blower

Looking forward to join you people in this bitcoin mining thing but I have no clue how to start, I checked a website with named asicvalue or something like that and a Monero miner is the most profitable and most expensive.

I just don't know what to do from here and out, what do you think is the best way for a beginner to have a taste or feel how a bitcoin mining actually works? I know how to connect graphics card to a Ethereum mining pool, is it similar with Bitcoin?

Ethereum hasn't been mined on GPUs for a long time, following the algorithm change in September 2022.

ASICs are easier than mining rigs because they work out of the box. To get started, enter your electricity costs and the kilowatts of power you can use for mining.

Wow, I try to put my asic miner at home before but the sound is way too big. So at the end, I just move it out to a farm.  Cry
