Nowadays the level of obesity in the world is increasing, according to statistics- the level of obesity in people has almost tripled since the eighties. There are many reasons for this, such as the widespread use of technology, which causes people to move less, sleep problems, mental stress and depression, lack of physical activity, unhealthy eating habits such as excessive soft drinks-junk food, rice-bread, oil and fatty foods, and in some cases as a side effect of medications, obesity problems arise among people. Each of these is interrelated with each other. That is, the chain of command that exists for living a proper life has been destroyed, as a result the level of obesity among people has increased. Therefore we have to be aware as a family, and we have to make everyone in society aware.

Obesity is root cause of many other diseases like Blood pressure, diabetes, joint pains and more. We must keep an eye on our waist and calculate BMI on regular basis. Once you develop disorder like blood pressure, diabetes in your body due to obesity, its very difficult to get rid of them. Due to technology we sit whole day on computers for work, our groceries are delivered to our doorsteps, in fact we can order anything from our mobile. Due to this reason our physical activity is very much lessened resulting in obesity. We need to take care of our health by eating healthy food, doing regular exercise and sleeping for at least 6 hours.

Research has shown that people that are very fat always have short life span and they usually having health challenges, I see some people that always encourage and advice people that are very fat to love there body and don't how anyone tell them to reduce there size, I'm not trying to body shame those that are very fat I'm only saying all this so you can stay healthy and enjoy your life more, some people are born fat and I know is not your fault however you can do your own part to live healthy.
One of the best way to lose weight or fat is by eating healthy, focus only on protein food like eggs, meat and fish, and again eat vegetables and drink more of water avoid late night food and exercise regularly too.
Excess fat in the body is never a good thing don't let anyone deceive you.
Your health is more important.

Excess fat not only looks bad, it also weakens the body from the inside. And to be honest even if you gain a little weight, you start to feel short of breath even when you walk. The problem is that most of the time we don't take it seriously until the symptoms appear. Diseases like diabetes or blood pressure don't come suddenly, they come as a result of years of this fat, I think it's more about lifestyle than diet or gym. It's not about regular exercise and eating less, it's about eating right.

Yes, you are absolutely right that obesity is one of the main causes of all the problems in our lives, along with anxiety. This anxiety is called the mother of human illness. Because in the words of doctors, seventy percent of the diseases of the human body are in the mind of a person. So first, before treating the disease, one has to understand their mind, then the disease has to be treated. And if a person starts becoming obese, his sleep will decrease, if sleep decreases, the mental state of the person will change. Fat is one of the essential macronutrients and is extremely necessary for our bodies. We cannot be healthy and thrive without fat. However, not all fats are good, and the body needs good fat, not bad fat. And bad fats are most abundant in fast food, processed foods and canned goods. Therefore, we should avoid those foods, not the fats.

Most eat those foods not because they don't wish to considered its effects but because they don't have any option than to eat what they have as food just to quench the hunger that is a challenge affecting man. In our society now, over 60 percent citizens cannot afford to provide for themselves and there family three square meal because of bad economy, so in other to remain alive they eat what so ever they see without even considering the health important of those foods. So I don't think its there fault for eating such food but because they don't have any option than to eat it for survival

This this your thread that I stumbled on now has made me remember a movie which I finished watching on social media. In that movie, I maid is made to carry a baby that weighs up to 70kg. As funny as the movie was, I was just thinking how the parents of the baby allowed the baby to develop obesity.

Being fat can be so inconveniencing.
If you cannot exercise regularly, just regulate how you eat and remain healthy.
