When we are taking balance diet, it will be difficult for us to have to fats accumulated in our body, because the food we take in will balance up the dies as all the classes of food are being present, also, having too much of fats are of no benefits, we are going to be more uncomfortable with ourselves by this, because excess of fats causes blockages and when this comes to the bloodstream, it causes more complicated health conditions which we may not like to develop.

~ Not a nutritionist, but I can tell that it isnt that simple how you tell; deficits or surplus of calories by end of the day between eaten/burned calories is what makes you fit or fat. At least fat that we get from food is different. Fat from burger and fat from nuts. What about Omega 3? Salmon if full of Omega 3 fat, but never seen fat people who eat only salmon or nuts. Nevertheless, food and body are complicated as science and its hard to tell that "fat is not good for health" without going deep into science. P.S. I wish it be like that  That is what I am trying to say as well, fat is good as long as we manage our body with the right amount of activity. And I feel this also has relation to do with the culture, let's take who is going to eat more fish which would be fishermen who also do intensive works so their body will take all the necessary fat and turns them into cals needed for their work but if someone who just eat fish all their life but just being lazy and not taking care of their body then I am sure they will also get into fat. P.S it's typo though.

Not the best example, but look at people who are crazy vegans. By the way the look they dont look like a healthy person, but they only cut out food made from animals in their ration.
Vegans need to spend a lot more money and need to eat more in quantity to get the same amount of protein from other sources, so it's something only possible for rich but people are manipulated that they are doing a good thing to environment by turning into vegan. Even I have all the money in the world to afford any other sources of protein to feed on other thwn meat, i won't agree to be a vegan . I can't spend a day without consuming good meat, wouldn't know how I can enjoy a cooked meal without fish or meat added. Becoming a vegan for health reasons is acceptable but for environmental, it's sounds manipulative, and I agree. Too much fat in the body is no good at all, when you notice that you are gaining too much weight reduce the quantity of food you consume and make sure you avoid carp food, one of the cause of this excess fat in human body right now is this carp food that is everywhere, if you eat healthy believe me you will not have this excess fat in you, and again try to exercise your body in order to burn some fat that is in you. One can eat anything they want but they also need to burn the same amount of calories to keep the body in the shape. And then the regular body activity which can be cardio or intensive training which all of them burn calories but do what is needed for us. Many people are ignorant of the fact that there's a difference between eating healthy and just having to eat food because they feel hungry and need to consume something. Like it's popularly spoken 'you're what you eat". If you eating much junk food always you should be certain to get obese thereby risking a heart complications. But with a healthy food eating habit joined with some exercises, your body fats will shrink and you will be feeling light with a sharp mind and body.

I have been making this research for a while now but I'm glad coming across this topic here today about fat, at the end of my research I just figured out how risky it is to have too much fat in the body system, and as a fat person is good to be taking proteins anymore because consuming it might also lead to a different problem below; lack of energy no ability to do something laziness and lately I discovered that majority of the fat people snore while sleeping, that's why most of them intend to do surgery in other to reduce some fat. Another remedy I know is that fat people shouldn't be consuming too much food any longer this home remedies helps to burn some fat in the body system.

Body positivity is one of the biggest lies ever pushed at fat people. You should have something worth being proud of. Fat people are a drain on our resources and should be shamed if you ask me. They act like it is a disability they were born with. If universal healthcare does become a thing, I suspect that fat shaming will be more and more common as people get sick of paying to cater for them and their needs.

Excess fat in the body is never a good thing don't let anyone deceive you. Your health is more important.
In severe cases, obesity increases the risk of heart disease, diabetes, cancer & other chronic diseases compared to normal weight individuals. A proper lifestyle, such as eating a healthy diet & exercising regularly could help prolong life & reduce these risks. However there are many other factors that are important in assessing health than body fat percentage. Genetic factors, diet quality, physical activity levels, stress & other habits also play an important role in this process So, yes I agree with you that excess fat is generally not beneficial for long term health. However health is not just about getting thin. If someone eats a somewhat healthy diet, lives an active lifestyle & is mindful of their lifestyle then they may be at lower risk than an unhealthy person with bad habits even if they are only slightly overweight

Being fat should not be seen as abnormal or a bad health condition. It's very important to know that many things can cause fatty body which includes food intake, hereditary and more. It can very challenging to be fat depending of size and shape. Health is wealth and the earlier we realized this, the better. Common we can't start comparing the food we take but what we can do is stick to a particular routine of diets daily. Know the exact time to take heavy food, light food, snacks and water. We know the human body constitute of 60% of water which help regulates the human body temperature. We should pay more attention to our food because our health is imperative and there's no way we should be hiding our phases when we start seeing improvement.

On the contrary, saturated fat from fried foods, animal fat, and red meat is not good for the body.
1. Fried foods are not made with oils rich in SFAs, but rather from vegetable/seed oils that are rich in linoleic acid, which is the most inflammatory PUFA out there. 2. The whole idea that saturated fats are not good for you are based on flawed studies that use lard (very rich in linoleic acid) as their SFA source and found that it increased CVD risk. The Journal of the American College of Cardiology debunked this hypothesis in this review right here: https://www.jacc.org/doi/10.1016/j.jacc.2020.05.077 We have known for a while now that high intakes of Omega-6 PUFAs have consistently shown to cause chronic inflammation, obesity and T2D primarily through multiple mechanisms: 1. Increased production of pro-inflammatory prostaglandins through conversion of Arachidonic Acid (a linoleic acid metabolite) by binding with Cyclooxygenase (enzyme responsible for producing prostaglandins) 2. Lipid peroxidation of linoleic acid into toxic aldehydes like 4-HNE, a carcinogen and obesogenic compound that promotes lipogenesis and disrupt fatty acid oxidation. It's also a strong mitotoxin that's been shown to directly damage mitochondria and impair the body's antioxidant system Based on the in vivo studies, we explored the effects of 4-HNE in human small airway epithelial cells (SAECs). Human SAECs treated with 25 μM of 4-HNE showed a significant decrease in cellular viability and increased caspase-3 activity. Moreover, 4-HNE treated SAECs showed impaired mitochondrial function and energy production indicated by reduced ATP levels, mitochondrial membrane potential, and aconitase activity. This was followed by a significant decrease in mitochondrial oxygen consumption and depletion of the reserve capacity. The direct effect of 4-HNE on the mitochondrial respiratory chain was confirmed using Rotenone. Furthermore, SAECs treated with 25 μM 4-HNE showed a time-dependent depletion of total Thioredoxin (Trx) proteins and Trx activity. Taken together, our results indicate that 4-HNE induces cellular and mitochondrial dysfunction in human SAECs, leading to an impaired endogenous antioxidant response.
( https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC4747170/) The reason why seed oils are promoted as this "healthy" fat is because it's extremely cheap to produce and for farmers specifically, it's more effective than any other type of fats for making animals fatter, which would reflect in the meat they produce. There was a study done in the 40s that showed that pigs fed coconut oil, which is over 90% SFA (mostly MCTs), instead of soybean oil, which is over 65% PUFA, were much leaner despite high intake of it. TLDR: Saturated fats are NOT dangerous, so enough with the fear mongering.

One of the reasons that i don say that this life isn't balanced is this, in some situations, you will discover that the some are interested in getting chubby while others are also working on how they could slim down, individual preference and choices when it comes to life, but we have to be satisfied by whatever condition we found ourselves with, because some are not in the best position to have alternatives in their own case.

Just like the saying goes too much of everything is bad let alone fats. When you get too fat you are already at high risk of chronic diseases, diseases like high sugar levels, and even heart disease and also some category of cancers. You really can not be flexible with fat and you can easily feel body pains and inability to freely move your body and even your joints fat is better avoided than to be risk being fat already and want to reduce it. This is my little input and experience I have had offer time living and interacting with people who are fat
