I made a withdrawal on 28 oct 2025 , after sometime the status of the withdrawal changed to success but I didn't receive a single penny in my bank account. After contacting their live support I was asked to share the bank account statement, even shared the video recording of my bank app. Then they created a ticket which got failed after 3 days now they don't bother to create any ticket further even the back end team had asked for my bank confirmation which I had brought.
