It’s actually something new to me turning off sounds to reduce gambling addiction. I might try it, even though I’m already able to control my gambling urges. I also keep the sound off, but for a different reason. I gamble with a limited budget, and I know when to stop. It doesn't really matter how the sound is, I stop playing when I think I've reached my daily limit. I keep the sound ON when I am alone. That's the whole point of being able to control the sound of the game, users can turn on and off at will, like you said, the sounds can be disturbing and asides from that i don't want my family to start guessing what I'm doing. but if I want to enjoy the game with the sound on in private I can just make use of an airport. the whole idea is just to enjoy the game and make sure that you are always gambling responsibly

I really feel it, what you said is true OP that when the sound of the game is turned off then the sensation is not really felt, as you said that what gives a great sensation is when we hear the sound of the game playing, especially if the game is running very well, it's really fun.

Your point is understandable and this will prevent your family from knowing that you are a gambler. I hope you know that there is nothing you can hide from your wife if you are married and no matter how you hide your gambling ticket and play time activities, your family will surely know that you are gambling (that is for your wife not the whole family). You can also try and use ear piece or earpod if you are someone that enjoys listing to gaming sounds. Everyone may have different gambling experience and strategies because a gambler will decide who will gamble how. I actually don't like slot games very much because all these casino games are played completely depending on luck where my set budget can be exhausted in a moment or even I will become more passionate about playing slots and I may have to set a higher budget. I always participate in sports betting where I try to make every bet fairly successful with my experience and strategy and I can enjoy sports a lot more. Which is why slot games don't attract me much.
