Meine Bitaxe hab ich bei Aliexpress für knapp 80€ geholt, nix besonderes.

Heute hab ich mich dann mit dem Autotuning befasst.
Der
Bitaxe-Hashrate-Benchmark benötigt
Python, was mich zunächst etwas abgeschreckt hat. Mittels
Youtube Anleitung war das dann aber doch sehr einfach und hat vielleicht 10min gedauert bis das Skript lief.
Da ich zunächst das mitgelieferte 30W Netzteil nutze, habe ich im Skript die max Stromaufnahme für den Bitaxe auf 24W eingestellt, das war tatsächlich dann auch das erste Limit was gegriffen hat. Ohne baulich irgendwas zu ändern haben die geänderten Settings schon zu +35% TH/s bei gleichzeitig +10% besserer Effizienz geführt. Temps sehen gut aus, da ist auch noch Puffer. Lüfter ist mit gut 6.500 rpm auf jeden fall schon hörbar, im Dauerbetrieb würde ich vmtl. die Zieltemperatur auf 65°C hochsetzen um den Lüfter auf <50% Drehzahl zu bringen und die Lautstärke zu senken. Insgesamt aber a.h.S. alles gut abgestimmt.

Was die Leistungsaufnahme angeht sind wir im Grunde schon dicht am Limit. Netzteil könnte ich natürlich jetzt schon gegen das 50W austauschen und dann gemäß 80%-Regel das Limit auf 40W setzen, aber auch die
5V DC-Buchse ist temperaturabhängig nur für maximal 5.5A (=27,5W) Dauerlast ausgelegt.
Bevor ich da aber jetzt schon was umbaue probiere ich kurz auch noch die 30W aus, wir wollen ja schließlich die Grenzen finden.
Ergebnis: bis 800 MHz bzw. ~1,6 TH/s ging es hoch bevor der Asic chip das Temperaturlimit erreichte:
Mehr Effizienz gab es aber bei 775 Mhz, für individuelle settings muss man übrigens oben in der URL (nach der Netzwerkadresse vom Miner) „settings?oc“ eingeben:
